MetroiD Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I despise people who obsess over sports teams, and every little detail involved. In that case you must harbour an awful lot of spite for at least half of the male population all over the world... Dude, you ARE evil! Quote
jifel Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I live in the states but for soccer I am a fan of Manchester United (my family is from England) I am a yankees fan for baseball and a Jets fan for football. JETS! Baseball, I go with the Atlanta Braves, Florida marlins, and Tampa Bay Rays. American football: Green Bay packers all the way, then the New York Jets and Cleveland Browns. Football/Soccer: I don't reall pay attention t it... jifel Quote
JSN Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Real football: Also Scotland rugby and Kansas State in American football Quote
ADHO15 Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 (edited) Although I'm not a big sports fan, I officially stand as a Liverpool FC fan in football and a Saints rugby fan. Both are local teams that most of my family and friends support. Obviously, in international events, I support ENGLAND! Edited April 25, 2009 by ADHO15 Quote
Icesaber Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 I support Indianapolis Colts for American football and Cleveland Indians for baseball. I don't really watch any other national sports though I watch international tournaments. I supported Korea in the WBC Quote

Peppermint_M Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Hmm, football season is winding up then. And I like the team but can only remember the players from when I really was into the team (about five years ago). Since my brothers started watching it on TV with my Dad, I can't be bothered to watch. I went to see a few matches in the Millenium Stadium, so that was cool, but on TV with my annoying sibs? Nah. Other teams are difficult because sport on TV is my Dad's thing and I never get a look in. If Golf, Cricket and Football are not on he'll watch sports news. Hockey and Basketball are on subscription channles so I can't watch any of those. For F1 I just watch the racing, not a team. Quote

Natman8000 Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 whats the point then? If I like the team for a reason that is beyond the actual game, I dont think it matters. My Dad is from Manchester, so thats why. And I personally dont like Liverpool too much, as I don't like liver, it tastes gross. Quote
Ratshot Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 I'm into..... Hockey. (Favorite team is the Ottawa Senatols) American Football, not soccer.
