Posted February 6, 201114 yr Hello! After months with no Lego at all, I gathered again some bricks from my parents' place during Christmas holidays, so I was able to make some new creations. This is a modular street made with three separate buildings. I haven't decided which shops thy will be, maybe the tan building will be a travel agency. Anyway, here are the pictures: The whole street The tan building The one with dark blue roof, maybe will be a small drugstore. It has a garage on the back The modified version of the one done before the holidays. All these buildings are made using only bricks coming from the latest creator houses, plus some spare bricks, so the brick palette is very limited. And, in the meanwhile, some changes were done, so actually there are some differences from the pictures you see here :) More pictures here (when moderated): http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=440148 or here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/salvobrick/
February 6, 201114 yr Nice work, mate. Great set of buildings. You can get a lot of mileage out of the pieces the Creator sets give you. :classic: Edited February 6, 201114 yr by AussieJimbo
February 6, 201114 yr Excellent work 'Salvobrick' - the second building is my favorite one in your collection there ! Any interior shots ? Anyway, great job and Brick On 'Salvobrick' !
February 6, 201114 yr Very nice work Salvobrick. The buildings look beautiful and although that all three are based on a similar construction pattern they look unique at the same with these beautifully built facades. The three Creator houses are instantly recognisable in there and these could easily be official alternative models for each one respectively. Good job!
February 6, 201114 yr Complimenti, Salvo ! I hope to see these MOCs in Ballabio LEGOfest, in July . Maybe while Gioppa-the-Giant is telling us one of his Sicilian anecdotes . Edited February 6, 201114 yr by Plastic Nurak
February 6, 201114 yr Sir you have given me new inspiration to tear down my Beach house and make a Modular building. Also I've been debating on getting the Apple Tree House set for a while and seeing this I think I will get it!! I love the idea of it all and you did a MARVELOUS job, I also love the shot of your city on your Flickr account! I love the taxi and police building! Edited February 6, 201114 yr by Syn
February 6, 201114 yr Beautiful. The recent iconic Creator sets to be seen in a newly built modular street made it real suitable to be integrated into your town layout with a personal touch. Nice job.
February 7, 201114 yr What a lovely modular street SalvoBrick! It's nice to see each of the three buildings having its own unique color scheme and design. Put together they all look great in this very well done street. Excellent work!
February 8, 201114 yr Now I'm going to see if in ITLug user Gioppa has cried blasphemy because of the sets modifications (he hates it) . Edited February 8, 201114 yr by Plastic Nurak
February 8, 201114 yr they look quite hollywood! How about a coffee shop and a high end fashion boutique. Great work!
April 19, 201113 yr Author Like many others, I bought the 7641 city corner, so I did a modular version of the pizzeria. Here's the result: Some more street life :) Next step: road baseplates (coming soon)

May 10, 201113 yr That looks AWESOME 'SalvoBrick', and I actually never though of using the stud part of road plates as car parking - so simple yet it's perfect ! Keep on adding to this wonderful street......I should ask is there going to be anything else ? Brick On 'SalvoBrick' !
September 26, 201113 yr Author I've updated the road baseplates: when I'll finish my town, I'd like to do all the streets in the same way: This is the only part of my town where I can actually work on. The rest is packed: I'm still looking for a larger house with enough space for my diorama :) More pictures here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=440148
