SalvoBrick Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Here's the latest version of my city :) (without train...) More pictures in my gallery: March 2006 city Quote
alex54 Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 One other city! SalvoBrick, your town looks great. I can see a LEGO spirit on it (see my LEGO story for more explainations here ), with not so big buildings, and a classical but very effectif design! Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted June 20, 2006 Author Posted June 20, 2006 Very nice SalvoBrick. I like the originality of your city. It really has a classic "hometown" look to it. Quote
SalvoBrick Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 Thank you :) All my biuldings have open rear, like the original town sets. Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted June 21, 2006 Author Posted June 21, 2006 Also, I like the newer green road plates a lot. My last train city had these. The green really helps bring out the color. Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted June 24, 2006 Author Posted June 24, 2006 OK, five entries. Last call for your cities... Cities anyone? Quote
alex54 Posted June 24, 2006 Posted June 24, 2006 I would think that more Eurobrickers would post some pics of their cities for this contest... Quote
UltraPrime Posted June 24, 2006 Posted June 24, 2006 I've not got enough to class my layout as a city yet... Quote
takuto20 Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 I could not resist! I am the biggest Lego CITY fan, I needed to make an entry! So tonight I made this... I know, no imagination... I really don't do MOCs, I do MODifications... That is why I am going to buy 2 or 3 hospitals (to make a right one) when it comes out in Asia. Quote
jayb_fpmg Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 I finally found some time to upload additional photos of my Lego city...there are individual photos of buildings and scene at my brickshelf gallery (when moderated) here. I updated the city a bit and added two new buildings, a red one and a yellow/brown one. The overall city looks somewhat like this now... Thanks for looking and everyone's comments...I truly appreciate it! ~ Jay The photo definitely doesn't do this justice, but this is a recent photograph of my Lego room/city layout.http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/jaybfpmg/City/city.jpg (large image) Thoughts or comments greatly appreciated! :-) ~ Jay Quote
Hobbes Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 I finally found some time to upload additional photos of my Lego city...there are individual photos of buildings and scene at my brickshelf gallery (when moderated) here. That's my favorite, not just because of the Starbucks, but the street sign, too - great! Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted June 29, 2006 Author Posted June 29, 2006 Jay: your original picture didn't do your city justice. Very nice! I love the Starbucks. Quote
