xenologer Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 LUCKY! the only thing near me(USA,CA) is a normal Lego Shop, with a simple wall of 'standard' bricks for picking. Where do you have to go to get all kinds of special pieces like that?
phoinix Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 if i may ask..how much did you pay for that? and do you pay by the bucket or by the kilo?

Christian Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 if i may ask..how much did you pay for that? and do you pay by the bucket or by the kilo? I can answer half of your question; You dont pay by kilo, you just pay a certain amount and then you can fill this box with bricks from a big box (1m x 2m I think) filled with Lego. It isnt unusual that there is sealed bags from sets out of production. A good example of this(which I have allready posted in another thread) is that I once found all of the bags for a republic gunship. I dont know about the price, but I do know that it changes alot, cause last time I were there the price was 300 Dkkr and the time before it was 600 Dkkr. DoubleT should be able to tell you the exact price, and if that they have made any changes to it since my last visit. BTW good find DoubleT, seems like there are alot of pieces from the Hogwarts castle!
Hobbes Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 That looks like a great find! Better than what Windsor had to offer ;-) I'm, also, curious as to how much it cost...
snefroe Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 tt told me he paid 400 kr if i'm not mistaken for about 4 kg... divide by 6 and you get the euro price... No doubt, this is one of the reasons why Legoland Billund is so attractive: if you're lucky, you'll find really great stuff at the pab... Maybe I should go back this year... *sweet*
Hobbes Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 tt told me he paid 400 kr if i'm not mistaken for about 4 kg... divide by 6 and you get the euro price... According to xe.com it's even better than "divide by 6", they say it's 54 euro. That really is a great price! 8-
DoubleT Posted June 14, 2006 Author Posted June 14, 2006 Yes it was 400 danish kroner..... and yes i was pleased about it he he yup 4 kilos..

But its good with Skintoned parts he he One Question.. the small picturer i added is a tordo that i also got... But im not sure where its from.. Is it Peter Parker or something? Its Skintoned...
KimT Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Yeah right! I'm sure the 2T man tossed in his own Kashyyyk and Orange Clone Trooper. No way he could find those in the mix a box section X-D KimT
