Mrlegoninja Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 I suggest that we search Farmer Alan's house. Also, how long does it take to figure out dead peoples' allegiance?
CorneliusMurdock Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 To get things moving, I say we go to the Lakota as well.
Captain Genaro Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 You can just copy the letters on the note. And I thought you moved here when you were a child? How long have you lived in America? I believe we came here in the thirtys and I joined the Lakota after the war. I never got the chance to learn how to write since I had to work at the docks or farming to earn some money. The captain and his wife tried to teach me a little but I was never a great student.
Bob Posted February 21, 2011 Author Posted February 21, 2011 Oh but, what about me? Farmer Alan's handwriting does not match either. Yea, so it's pretty easy for you to have shot him. And you're refusing to copy the note. I suggest we go investigate the Lakota. To the Lakota! It's decided to go to the Lakota, the townspeople leave the apartment building but as they exit the building, there's a note on the tile. "For your answers, go to the hills." the note says. "But, watch for General Stanley." Captain Garrison looks uneasy, but decides to follow out of curiosity.
Fugazi Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 To the hills? General, are we allowed to search the hills? And are the hills within the security perimeter established by the National Guard? Anyway, let's move to the Lakota. Is there anything in the port area that can be searched, before we board the ship?
iamded Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 To the hills! What buildings are nearest to these hills?

General Stanley isn't here, but they are within the security perimeter. In the port is a warehouse and a few docks, as well as a plethora of crates. To the hills! What buildings are nearest to these hills? The Jefferson, Jenkins, and Simmons Farm.
CorneliusMurdock Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 I would like to compare the note with all the other notes found so far to see if the handwriting matches any of them.
Admiral Ron Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Go to the hills? Hm, if I am not mistaken, we have searched my house and the Simmons Farm, perhaps we should go to Jenkin's house.
Fugazi Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Go to the hills? Hm, if I am not mistaken, we have searched my house and the Simmons Farm, perhaps we should go to Jenkin's house. I thought we already were on our way to the Lakota... But anyway, we only investigated the abandoned General Store behind my farm, but not my residence.
Admiral Ron Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 I thought we already were on our way to the Lakota... But anyway, we only investigated the abandoned General Store behind my farm, but not my residence. I know we are on the way to the Lakota, but I think we need to listen to these notes. I think they may reveal something. and I forgot about the General Store.
CorneliusMurdock Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 I don't think we should follow mysterious notes blindly. At least until we can see if the handwritin' matches any other notes so we ca at least get a feel for how reliable the information is. Someone could be leadin' us astray to keep us from findin' anythin' useful. When I said note in the earlier post I did mean the "Hills" note to compare with the other notes. While we're comparing things, though, I would like to compare the note found on the roof with the boxes to the other notes a well. We did collect all the handwriting samples so far, right? I would also like compare the samples with all of our notes gathered so far to see if any of our company wrote any of them. If the task requires help, I'll gladly ask for it from everyone.
Admiral Ron Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 If he needs it, I would be happy to help.
The Legonater Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 If he needs help, I'd be happy to back away slowly Aloso, I'm all for going wherever we decide to go
iamded Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 So we agree to head for the hills? The Lakota will be there later, and we actually have a lead to follow. We haven't searched the Jenkins' house yet, I say we go there.

We haven't searched the Jenkins' house yet, I say we go there. The residences are nearest to the hills, but I'm not sure that's what was meant by the note. Can we not head for the hills themselves instead? If it isn't possible, then I don't mind searching the Jenkins residence or wherever. We're wasting time trying to make up our minds.
Bob Posted February 22, 2011 Author Posted February 22, 2011 I would like to compare the note with all the other notes found so far to see if the handwriting matches any of them. The notes do not match. I don't think we should follow mysterious notes blindly. At least until we can see if the handwritin' matches any other notes so we ca at least get a feel for how reliable the information is. Someone could be leadin' us astray to keep us from findin' anythin' useful. When I said note in the earlier post I did mean the "Hills" note to compare with the other notes. I would also like compare the samples with all of our notes gathered so far to see if any of our company wrote any of them. If the task requires help, I'll gladly ask for it from everyone. The note from the roof matches only the box that had Officer Harrison's badge on it. The other notes found don't match the people who volunteered their handwriting. The group decides to head for the hills. Arriving at one hill, they're greeted by this: "Thank you for coming, my name is Director Alan Hoffman, I am in charge of Project Wolf. The man you see here is CIA Agent Jack Howard, he was killed by General Stanley, who has gone mad with power. I cannot defeat him alone, these hills hide many secrets, there are a few here as well." Director Hoffman joins your party!
Professor Flitwick Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 I would like a description of the surrounding area. I would also like to examine the body, to see whether he was killed by the gun at his feet. I think one of us should pocket the gun. The question is, who should?
Fugazi Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 Um hello Director... I have a few questions, where to start? What is wrong with Stanley? Why is he mad at the CIA? Is this Stanley's gun, or Howards? Is the apple your lunch, or a poisoned fruit? Surely you can tell us more about project Wolf? Is there an access here in the hills to your secret lab? Have you been able to evacuate the lab yet, or are you still in the process? You must certainly know one Jessica, working on project Wolf, is she still here in Alabatha?
CorneliusMurdock Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 No offense, director, but how do we know we can trust you? Are we just supposed ta take your word that Stanley's nuts? How do we know you didn't kill Agent Howard? For all we know, you could be one of the commies we're looking for. I would like to search the body for ID or notes he might have had.
Captain Genaro Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 Right now, I think it would be safest to unload the gun and try to destroy it. I would like to see if the bullet that killed Howard matches the ones used to kill any of the townies.
Admiral Ron Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 No offense, director, but how do we know we can trust you? Are we just supposed ta take your word that Stanley's nuts? How do we know you didn't kill Agent Howard? All good questions, but didnt General Stanley send the Congressman to jail and declared Marshall Law AND is making us vote every couple of hours. I think he is mad...
CorneliusMurdock Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 I'm just sayin' that we shouldn't trust this guy blindly. I'm willin' to hear what he has to say.
Lord Arjay Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 I think one of us should pocket the gun. The question is, who should? Me, this shouldn't really be a matter up for discussion. Once everyone has finished inspecting it, I shall take the gun and hold on to it. I hope no one objects? try to destroy it. How do you suggest we would do that? As for these accusations against the General, well they are just ridiculous. There's no reason to believe them and while I do admit he has a shorter fuse than usual I'd hardly call him mad.
