Fugazi Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 It is not Laura's locket. Well there was this other woman whom Laura was seen arguing with minutes before her death... Perhaps the locket was hers? But why would she want to get rid of it? To hide something about her life before the murder perhaps? I'm really sorry Patrick, this must be very hard for you. I don't know if there's anything else we can find here, perhaps we should move on to the next hill. Let's hide Laura's remains beind the rug until a coroner can come and identify her.
CorneliusMurdock Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Do you remember what the message was about, Gloria? Are there any identifying marks on the locket?
Professor Flitwick Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 I'm really sorry Patrick, this must be very hard for you. It is, but thanks to Dolly I've learned to move on. At least now we can give her a proper burial. Do you remember what the message was about, Gloria? I think you've got the wrong Jefferson there.
Admiral Ron Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 (Sorry, too much school work) Mom...is that you? I am sorry, I cannot look at her, let us please move on to the next hill.
Peanuts Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Oh my, that's disgusting. I wonder who disposed her at those hills, and why? I'd like to ask Hoffmann if he knew her. Oops, just saw this was asked before.

Farmer Alan pushes the rug back over Laura's remains, preferring the age old saying "Out of Sight, Out of Mind." "I can perhaps try to identify her if we go to the hospital. I believe we still have her dental records there, if I'm not mistaken." Nurse Parker says. Do you remember what the message was about, Gloria? Are there any identifying marks on the locket? There are not. "Shall we move on to the hospital? These two are the only hills out here." Mayor Bradford says. "Where is Director Hoffman?" Dolores asks. He's no longer with the group. Sisco Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Wait, shouldn't we find Hoffman first? I'd like to holler out Hoffman's name for a bit. If Dr. Hoffman doesn't show up after a minute or two, I'd like to suggest to the group that we look for him.

If Dr. Hoffman doesn't show up after a minute or two, I'd like to suggest to the group that we look for him. And where exactly shall we look for him? He could eb everywhere around those hills. maybe we should split up, if we don't find him.
Sisco Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Are there any footprints or drag marks on the ground? Any broken twigs or trampled grass? Are there any signs of a struggle?
Fugazi Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Well well, where could Hoffman disappear so quickly? I wonder if there's a hidden access to the secret lab somewhere around here. I don't know if we should be looking for it though, no point in giving the commies among us more information about Project Wolf. I would like to wrap Laura's remains in the rug, prop everything on the bicycle and start moving towards the hospital.
Admiral Ron Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Damn you Director Hoffman, running away on us. I would like to keep moving towards the hospital.
Professor Flitwick Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I too would like to move towards the Hospital. I would like to wrap Laura's remains in the rug, prop everything on the bicycle and start moving towards the hospital. GENTLY!
CorneliusMurdock Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 If Hoffman did run off, he sure knows how to gain our trust... Are any of the rest of us missing or look out of breath like they could have taken him somewhere and come back?

Are there any footprints or drag marks on the ground? Any broken twigs or trampled grass? Are there any signs of a struggle? There aren't any footprints or drag marks, nothing indicates the sign of a struggle. There is trampled grass, but most likely from all of you when you entered. Well well, where could Hoffman disappear so quickly? I wonder if there's a hidden access to the secret lab somewhere around here. Everyone is present, and nobody is out of breath.
Mrlegoninja Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Do we know where the lab is? If so , we should start in that direction.
Fugazi Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 Do we know where the lab is? If so , we should start in that direction. Wait a minute Max, I'm not going to run this way and that with a skeleton on my bike! First, we get Nurse Parker working on identifying these remains, then we advise.
CorneliusMurdock Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 I'm not sure Parker's exactly qualified to identify the remains, Simmons, but I think it's safe to assume that it is Laura's body for now. Taking it with us to the hospital isn't a terrible idea if we're going that way anyway, though. Maybe once this is over she can be put to rest properly. I'd like to know how hard it is for Simmons to cart the body on the bike and whether he believes one person could have moved the body this way when it was originally placed in these hills. I'd also like Nurse Parker's medical opinion as to the amount of time the body could have been out here. Lastly I''d like to examine the locket again for maker's marks or engravings saying where it was purchased,

There are no engravings on the locket, or marks made by a maker. "I'm going to take a wild guess, accounting for certain factors, and say about five or so years, which is around the time she disappeared. I won't know much until I get do a full autopsy her back at the Hospital. I learned a little bit about autopsy's in Medical School, but I've never done one on a skeleton..." Nurse Parker says.
CMP Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 Dear god! I think there's no question Laura's death wasn't an accident. Why else would someone hide the body? Does anyone else think it's plausible whoever killed Laura is still among us, and that that person hid her body here and killed Simon is the same, to avoid her being autopsied?
Peanuts Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 Dear god! I think there's no question Laura's death wasn't an accident. Why else would someone hide the body? Does anyone else think it's plausible whoever killed Laura is still among us, and that that person hid her body here and killed Simon is the same, to avoid her being autopsied? I don't think the person who hid the body here is the same as the one who killed Simon, because, if you want to avoid an autopsy, why not throw the body into the sea? I think that attracts much less attention, and the person would have had more than enough time to do so. Also, why should they suspect the doctor to do an autopsy before we have found the body or even thought about moving to the hills? And I suppose, an autopsy would take some time, so you might still kill the doc once we found the corps. I have no idea wether if the person is stilll among us, but it is possible.
Admiral Ron Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 I have a hunch, but I need everyone's help here. Can anyone remember when gunshots were first heard?
Fugazi Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 Well if memory serves, we heard gunfire yesterday during the vote when someone tried to break in the National Guard blockade. Then we heard more gun shots last night, in the Jefferson residence. Finally, today Liebenston and Harding were fired at. So what is on your mind, Gloria?
Admiral Ron Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 I am just trying to piece some sort of theory together, and whose houses are in the area? I know Farmer Alan's house is, I believe the Jenkins household is, and...I cannot remember who else. I think I might have an idea.
