I'd love a tag, but if it means compromising my first love - STAR WARS. Can't have too many Slave I's. Jar Jars on the other hand... Yes Captain, your new space tag is beeing painted right now :-P And like I said previously, a tag is just a cool image that shows you appreciate a theme ;-) And it does not encompass compromising your first love ;-) *yoda* The first post seemed to almost condemn SW in favour of Space. Its not even in the movies ;-)

So bring your puny missile launcher on :-P !! *yoda* i don't get it... one guy to pilot the thing, another for the lasers, a third for the cannons... hm... then who's doing the reconnaissance? in the space days, yoda, the astronauts were highly skilled and experienced. they didn't need three men to do a 1 man's job... oh well... they don't make them anymore the way they used to in the old days... :-P

As Yoda says, it's very complex craft. As for grey computers, SW craft have targetting scanners! One worrying thought about SW: "A long time ago..." there was a craft called the ARC!

That's why most space MOCs are made symmetrically, and any real space ships are ;-) see, even though there's no air, the ships have mass, and the engines that push the ship push straight forward (unless they're freaky and angeled) so if the ships aren't symmetcial they'd end up flying at an angle! If that's what you're going for fine, but remember if you build an asymmetrical craft to offset the engines enough (or add small suppliments) to account for the mass difference

I start goin got university in just over a month, need to find a new job, have been working on transitioning my old job to someone else, have been taking and editing Grad pictures for someone, went to visit friends for the weekend, am going camping later this week and put a few thousand parts in my bricklink store. Life doesn't afford me much time to MOC lately. The little time I have for it has gone to my imperial (pirates) ship. I will not let space down! Cadet Suvie over and out! PS Space makes SW look like dog poo!

I have in fact bought some classic space sets on BL after my dark time. I read what you wrote about earning a space tag, and it would be lying if I said that I dislike Star Wars, I think it is the best substitute for classic space, since classic space, if you know what I mean. I just hope I will earn a Space tag in time. Morten

Loooooooooool No hehe When I am dipleased by something, I say it (new firemen.....) and when I am pleased by something (UCS AT-ST and Tie X-10, '07 line-up......) I say it with the same energy !! I guess its the italian blood taurus speaking >:-) And its not my fault TLC has done so many bad decisions in the past year hehe Yoda
