Any additional info on finding a Mad Scientist via feel? My understanding is to feel for the rubbery hair?!?!

Exactly. You can't go wrong with that. While, I once thought I felt his flask, and it was the ice skater's wig (epic fail!)

Yeah....and it's my understanding that there are only a few Scientists per box

That depends. Some of the early boxes were reported to only have 2 Scientists, but other boxes had 4 of them.

If only I had not let this series pass me by. Looking back there were so many great figures, especially that Hazmat guy. Not to mention the Werewolf and his glorious Elf Ears. All in all I can only feel regret I didn't get any of this figures when they were on the market.

I'm not sure where you live but here in the northwest US I still see plenty of S4 available at stores. Also, Bricklink prices aren't too bad yet.

Sadly I am on the east coast, but it is something to look into. Thanks for the information that some remain in stores.

This series appears to be not as popular as the previous three or even series five.....in fact I know of one toy store that are doing buy 3 for 10 bucks or alike (normally 5 bucks a pop at Target or Kmart :hmpf_bad: ).

That is completely suprising to me... If I remember correctly, before it was released, it was one of the most anticipated series, and it was the favorite one of many. I remember I bought these for approximately $50 (without including shipping). Alas, I didn't expect this would happen. Or maybe Lego made just too much... Or maybe the market is beginning to wear out...
