Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 To stop suspension against me all I said was See the word don't in there? The only reason I PM Brickdoctor was because I thought he was joking with me! So what exactly were you trying to say, then?
RvB Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 1.) You categorically denied speaking with Ms. Bridget and asking for her alliance, while zhe clearly presented a solid evidence that your conversation with did happen, and therefore proving that you are lying. How will you explain that? 2.) After denying ze above accusation, you hastily put ze blame on Ms. Bridget just because she revealed your suspicious alliance proposal with her. 3.) Your alteration of ze space-time continuum a.k.a. retracting/changing your statements make you really suspicious. 4.) When ze news of the murder came out, you weren't even 'concerned' like a normal innocent would have reacted. I'd be happy to hear your response on theze observations. I clarified myself earlier and I'll clarify again: it waz a mistake on my part confusing Mr Bombay and Mr Roswell and Ms Toscana and Mr Redblad when I 'mizheard' Ms. Bridget's statement. And yes I highlighted reading each other's actions and statements, iz there anything wrong with that? Yes I committed a mistake, but it doezn't mean I can't remind people to be careful (and in the process not committing ze same mistake that I did). And no I wazn't trying to confuse anyone or everbody, I actually want the opposite, to clear all the confusion so we could all pin down ze killer that committed this heinous crime. Iz that clear enough for you? I lied yes I admit this but everybody was thinking I did this! Don't you ever read? Its always the butler. But like I said earlier all my post said was you smiling to! See all I did was made a mistake. Another significant observation: Mr. Bombay azked me both publicly (and privately) what should he explain regarding thiz matter, so I asked him a series of questions (above) and what doez he do? He remained silent, hiz mouth zipped for a good 20 minutes and then inexplicably walked-out (logged-off) without even saying a word to defend himzelf. Couldn't that be even more obvious? Mr. Bombay is clearly hiding zomething, and hiz silence and constant refusal to defend himzelf iz extremely suspicious behavior. Analyzing what has been happening and exposing these iz very difficult on my part, as I fear for my life that I might be ze next target of ze killer. So I hope we'll be able to find out theze criminals before it takes me or anyone else here in the resort. The reason I wasn't sad is because if I let my gaurd down someone could kill me. But I was sad that Mrs. Sunday was killed.

Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 To stop suspension against me all I said was See the word don't in there? The only reason I PM Brickdoctor was because I thought he was joking with me! Yes, but it was no longer about the "alliance" after you lied about contacting Bridget. Besides, it's suspicion not suspension. And who is Brickdoctor? And what is PM? I'm sorry, Ravi, but you're really our best bet for a conviction today. My suspicions aren't set in stone, however. If you can come up with one good reason that we should keep you around, then I will withhold my vote for you today. Besides, you speak in really weird, choppy sentences.
RvB Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 So what exactly were you trying to say, then? All I was saying was I hope I can tust you but not not vote for you. Make sense?
Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 All I was saying was I hope I can tust you but not not vote for you. Make sense? Wait, did you just say not not vote for her? That means you weren't going to not vote for her. That means you were going to vote for her! Gahh, paradoxes! Please try to be a little more comprehendable.
Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Okay, I think I get what he's trying to say: During the talk in private, he was trying to say that he wanted to be friends in the game, but not in an alliance sort of way, he just worded it badly. In that case, he was not lying when he said he didn't talk to me in private asking for an alliance. However, that doesn't explain three things: 1. Why did he change his statements multiple times? 2. Why didn't he answer Miss LeMan's questions at first, instead of staring at them for 20 minutes and then walking away? (although only Miss LeMan's witnessed this, apparently) 3. This is new info. After I rejected the suggestion of an alliance, his reply was: Good thinking. Firstly, there's the Devil Expression he had. That looks suspicious to me. Secondly, why did he say "Good thinking," instead of just 'I didn't mean it that way, I just want to be friendly'?

He probably wanted to take back what he said, but it was all idle chatter anyway. 2. He was probably scared of being accused when Ms. LeMans asked him those questions. 3. The Devil Expression he had on was probably just that he was excited about playing in a mafia game that he wanted to get rid of the killers. He probably doesn't understand how a mafia game works understand this whole ordeal that we're in. I don't know, am I being too gullible here? I'd like to give Mr. Bombay the benefit of the doubt, but I don't know who else to vote for.

Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 2. He was probably scared of being accused when Ms. LeMans asked him those questions. All he would have to do is say what he's said today. 3. The Devil Expression he had on was probably just that he was excited about playing in a mafia game that he wanted to get rid of the killers. He probably doesn't understand how a mafia game works understand this whole ordeal that we're in. I don't know... I can kind of understand the expression, but I still don't understand why say "Good thinking" instead of just 'I didn't mean it that way, I just want to be friendly' and avoid the whole thing.
Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Thank you for defending me but I'm still probably going to get lynched anyway. I'm not defending you, I'm simply pointing out that voting for you isn't our best path of action anymore. However, who else would we vote for? Ideas anyone?
RvB Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Well first I was looking at the other pages then I had to go to work. But if you wish to lynch me I might be a mafia member, I might not.
Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Well first I was looking at the other pages then I had to go to work. But if you wish to lynch me I might be a mafia member, I might not. Okay, that sort of explains it. Why do you say, "I might be a mafia member, I might not"? Why not say "I am not a mafia member"? Maybe it's just me, but that sounds like you are trying to avoid having lied in the case that we find out you are scum. I've read books on this topic, and most people in your position would say something along the lines of "I assure you, you find out when I die that I am not scum." And the reply to my rejection of the alliance suggestion still hasn't been totally cleared up.
Gregorovich Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I still don't know who to vote for. There's plenty of people who haven't said much all day, so I don't have any proper evidence on anyone yet. All we have is a couple of suspicious actions from Ravi. If we want solid info, we need to wait. But what if we wait, and it's too late..?

Well I thought of saying that but did not know if I could do that. So I assure you, you find out when I die that I am not scum.
smittyfan Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I lied yes I admit this but everybody was thinking I did this! Don't you ever read? Its always the butler. It can't be the butler this time, because there isn't even one here. It also doesn't seem logical to randomly accuse someone, who may, or may not even be guilty, but unfortunately that may be the case. If only Mr. Crusoe would just give back whatever he stole so we wouldn't have to go through all this, and just have a nice relaxing vacation...

OK, you officially don't make any sense. You have been typing speaking OOC like someone reading a forum or something.
Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 OK, you officially don't make any sense. You have been typing speaking OOC like someone reading a forum or something. Please stop. We know what he's saying and we'll let Mr. Crusoe deal with this if action is required.
Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Please stop. We know what he's saying and we'll let Mr. Crusoe deal with this if action is required. OK, sorry. I guess I'm just running around like a chicken with its head cut off. This is such a stressful time for all of us.
Pandora Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Well, new information has been brought to light by Bridget and Claudia, and I'm not really convinced by Ravi's responses. It almost seems as if, when told what an innocent player should say, he comes right out with that response He still remains the most suspicious person to me, but there are some awfully quiet people around....
Dan the Brickman Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 It can't be the butler this time, because there isn't even one here. Having someone else around to help with all the chores around here would be nice. ... OH! We do have a maid though... and she hasn't been doing much lately.
CommanderFox Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I think Panda is right, i'm not sure who to not trust, but at the moment Ravi is very suspicious in how he has worded what he says.

Baylego Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I have to agree that the chef is acting rather suspicious. I confirmed what I thought after seeing what he said. Well first I was looking at the other pages then I had to go to work. But if you wish to lynch me I might be a mafia member, I might not. Saying that he might be a member and he might not makes me believe that he is likely to be guilty. If more evidence does not appear, I think that I might have to vote for Ravi.
CommanderFox Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 According to my calculations, she is also the only one to have not made a single appearance today.. Yes, this is a fact we have all overlooked till now, where is Raquel?
