Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 You had a private talk with Mr. Roswell the day before this murder happened? Mr. Roswell talking about alliances? Alliances for what on a vacation? And Mr. Roswell constantly retracting his statements? Not to add his fear of losing his beloved baseball bat? Sounds scummy to me... By the way, what happened to your french accent? Is it fake?
Capt. Redblade Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Oh, that's okay. But how did you get a time machine to change what you said in the first place? That is not for you to know. You had a private talk with Mr. Roswell the day before this murder happened? Mr. Roswell talking about alliances? Alliances for what on a vacation? And Mr. Roswell constantly retracting his statements? Not to add his fear of losing his beloved baseball bat? Sounds scummy to me... I think you misunderstood: I never said anything about alliances, in fact I haven't had much time to chat with anybody in general; I only retracted one statement because I didn't like the wording; I don't want to lose my baseball bat because then I won't be able to get in any practice and because it was signed by Aaron Hill.
XimenaPaulina Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 She said Mr. Bombay, not Mr. Roswell. She said she was here before he edited his post. She even bolded the name, how could you miss that? Maybe you're scum... I though Bridget was referring to you since her first statement was regarding you. And you still haven't answered ze baseball stuff question.
Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I though Bridget was referring to you since her first statement was regarding you. And you still haven't answered ze baseball stuff question. Why did you quote my post turn to me when you said that? I'm not the baseball guy, Mr. Roswell is... Man I'm just finding fault after fault with you...
XimenaPaulina Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I think you misunderstood: I never said anything about alliances, in fact I haven't had much time to chat with anybody in general; I only retracted one statement because I didn't like the wording; I don't want to lose my baseball bat because then I won't be able to get in any practice and because it was signed by Aaron Hill. Yeah I did, my apologies then. But my suspicion stands, how could someone talk about 'alliances' before this unfortunate event has happened?
Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I though Bridget was referring to you since her first statement was regarding you. And you still haven't answered ze baseball stuff question. Woah! I don't know if you noticed your pronouns are referring to Miss Toscana, but let me summarize:Miss Toscana - I never mentioned her. Mr. Roswell - He changed one of his statements, but I said only that I had heard what he originally said, and it wasn't particularly suspicious. Mr. Bombay - Changed what he said multiple times, and suggested an alliance even though he shouldn't know who is trustworthy.
Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Yeah I did, my apologies then. But my suspicion stands, how could someone talk about 'alliances' before this unfortunate event has happened? Ok, you are officially not making any sense. First you accuse Mr. Roswell of being the one who asked Bridget for an alliance, then you tell me that I haven't answered the "baseball question" yet , then you continue to talk about Mr. Roswell like he's trying to push alliances on us. I am by no means defending Mr. Roswell, but you are acting very suspicious.
XimenaPaulina Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Why did you quote my post turn to me when you said that? I'm not the baseball guy, Mr. Roswell is... Man I'm just finding fault after fault with you... No I wasn't referring you, but clearly ze baseball guy (that's why I asked the baseball stuff right?). I get confused looking at both you wearing ze same red colored outfits.
Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I am by no means defending Mr. Roswell, but you are acting very suspicious. I think we're just all talking too fast and at the same time and she's all mixed up.
Tamamono Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 No I wasn't referring you, but clearly ze baseball guy (that's why I asked the baseball stuff right?). I get confused looking at both you wearing ze same red colored outfits. Ok, sorry if I came off as accusing. Wait, when did your accent come back?
Capt. Redblade Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 So, to summarize, Mr. Bombay can't stick to his story and was talking of alliances before the day had begun, and Miss LeMans is spouting some confused gibberish that the rest of us can't comprehend. I wonder, is this confusion in the wake of the murder, or is it something more sinister?

I am by no means defending Mr. Roswell, but you are acting very suspicious. Ok let me clarify myself: I completely mizread Bridget's statements. First, I didn't get that she was referring to Mr. Bombay and I mistakenly thought it was Mr. Roswell who talked about alliances. Second, I wasn't referring to you regarding ze baseball stuff, clearly that question iz directed to Mr. Roswell. Yeah I admit thoze two mistakes, but how does that make me suspicious?

You already said that... It's just that I doubt that a senior member and regulator like yourself would misread and then forget to quote. I don't know, is this metagaming?
Capt. Redblade Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Okay, as long as we've got everything cleared up now. Hopefully we can move on.

I wonder, is this confusion in the wake of the murder, or is it something more sinister? I already clarified myself, I just completely mizread Bridget's statements. But I still put the question on the table, and this has been the main point I was trying to make out of Bridget's statement: why would people talk about 'alliances' even before anything has happened? Unless they know something that we don't know about...

XimenaPaulina Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Ok, finally we're back on track. I think that Mr. Bombay knows something that he's not telling us... That's my initial suspicion too, ze fact that Mr. Bombay pre-maturely talked about alliances and retracted some of hiz initial statements makes him suspicious. But let's hear what he has to say about thiz.
KartoffelViking Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Bummer, so much for my well deserved vacation. While I feel sorry for Mr. Crusoe's loss, I must say I'm somewhat angered for being punished for him making enemies. The reasonable thing would of course be for Mr. Crusoe to return whatever he stole, but since he is now hell-bent on revenge, I guess we just have try and keep the bad guys from picking us off one by one. One thing is for certain, though; I will ask for a full refund when this ordeal is over. Now before we start pointing fingers and making accusations, I think we should wait until after noon when Mr. Crusoe has addressed us again, in case there is more information that can shed some light on this heinous crime.
Dan the Brickman Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I agree with Keith. ...on another note, what should we do with the body. It is starting to smell.
Brickdoctor Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 ..on another note, what should we do with the body. It is starting to smell. I think Mr. Crusoe will take care of that. In the meantime, where is our suspicious chef, anyways? I want breakfast!
XimenaPaulina Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 In the meantime, where is our suspicious chef, anyways? I want breakfast! Not only are we hungry for food, but hungry for answers az well. I hope Mr. Bombay's reply to thiz accusations will shed some light to thiz matter. He seems suspicious, but let's reserve our judgment until we hear his side.

In the meantime, are we still on for that baseball game, or is Mr. Roswell's bat still missing?
