Hobbes Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Unfortunately my daughter can't really count yet so she built our container 1 brick too high: Does that still qualify? Quote
roamingstop Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 (edited) In the 1970's the old Super Chief trains were finally superceded, ending the road of nostalgic beauty for the old railway man. As time progressed, he slowly collected old scrap parts to assemble his own container... to bring back nostalgia as he traveled the freight lines of continental USA. As time went by so the old man aged in years, writing the last of his postcards and sipping hot cocoa, passing into obscurity. Little is known of what became of the old man, but legend has it his container can still be found traveling around on the back of lonely Intermodal carriages, his postcards and mug still in place. Rick Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 What am I doing to Rufus? Smacking him with a frying pan, just as he likes it. What are you doing to me?? WHAT?! Nothing. I swear. Just minding my own business nibbling on some cherries. Your Rufus looks suspiciously new I think it's my sister's actually, she's a few years younger and was never that much into LEGO. Don't tell her I have it. Coincidentally, these are the only three Fabuland figs I have that people use as sigfigs here. Quote

MetroiD Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 LOL! +1. A very creative entry there, potato viking Adorable build by 12V as well with his micro Maersk train! Some of these entries really crack me up, great job! (btw, speaking of cracking up - I am now so glad that I don't have a Fabuland sigfig for Rick to mistreat...) It's refreshing to see that even though this is a raffle, not everyone is approaching it with the mentality "Meh, it doesn't matter what I do anyway" - since the latter seems quite disheartening. If CopMike has gone to the trouble of arranging so many prizes for us and is giving them away for free, it wouldn't hurt to honour him by at least trying a bit (my 2 cents). Keep up the good work guys! Quote
