CamelBoy68 Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 With the Olympics in full swing and so many events taking place, here are a few ceremonies you may have missed...... Trevor "The Fish" Sharkey was upset to only finish second...... Wild Bill may have only finished in silver now, but vowed to shoot back to the top later.... Bruce saw the "red mist" after being runner-up....... Psst, fancy a beer after the shift...? more on Flickr Quote
pong0814 Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Awesome photo, pong! I love that movie. Thanks! It's been a while since I last saw the movie, but I predict even years from now, that quote will still stick to my head! @CamelBoy68: Nice pics! Love the brick-built Olympics logo in the background! Vindicare Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Awesome job, CamelBoy68. I must have missed those ceremonies... Quote
Solscud007 Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 I was inspired by the Olympic boxing image used in the Live Extra App. Quote
Vindicare Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Yes! I have been waiting for this photo! Great set up of the figs...double TKO!? Quote

Dervish Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 a Mediteran lover ;) It's definately related to Harpo Marx. Quote
Walter Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Zombie by Walter Benson, on Flickr This was fun to photograph. Quote
Lightning Dragon Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 (edited) Great picture "Walter!" I think I'll add some of my own pics in a few days, maybe a shot of the S8 Conquistador fighting the S7 Aztec Edited September 11, 2012 by Lightning Dragon Quote
Masked Builder Posted September 13, 2012 Posted September 13, 2012 That Zombie pictures is great! I'd love to have that as a background. Guess I need to find a Zombie somewhere... Quote
JeagerEX Posted September 13, 2012 Posted September 13, 2012 (edited) LC has been activated again. Oh no! It's LC! A devastating plan. Frank Rock is coming to town. Edited September 14, 2012 by JeagerEX Quote
Rumble Strike Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Managed to snap this one just before the sea knocked him over: Quote
Walter Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Nice! At first I thought he was just standing, but then I noticed the surfboard. Maybe a different angle would've made it look like he was surfing more? Still I like the photo. Quote
Rumble Strike Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 (edited) Yeah the angle is a bit straight on, but the surfboard isn't conducive to have him any other way. I didn't want to risk him only being attached by one stud with the waves coming in. Thanks for the kind words, I love your zombie shot too Edited September 18, 2012 by Rumble Strike Quote
Angeli Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 wow, what a great photo ;) ...and now I miss the sea :( Quote

Masked Builder Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 That's a great shot Rumble! You have more patience than I do to get that right. Quote
Vindicare Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 More like too much guts! I'd be too worried about a burial at sea to even set up that shot. Quote
Rumble Strike Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 That was an easy shot compared to my Pirates ones of Jack and Will in a boat. Then I needed my brother to keep an eye on the boat when it was being hit by waves, as I was using the camera. All my Lego scenery shots are on my Flickr stream, address in my profile, including more beach shots of the surfer and hs friends. Quote
Kai NRG Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I took a couple before I remembered about this thread: Quote
