Brickdoctor Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Well the Language is Spanish, so I'm assuming Mexico or Spain. And I'd guess Spain out of those two since the price is in pounds and Euros. Quote
Paul Boratko Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Does anyone know what country this is from? LINKY First off, the seller is from the United Kingdom, and secondly it is false advertisement claiming that it is One of a Kind because I have one sitting in a glass display case in my living room, and mine has all of the proper parts that are supposed to be on it. That guy sure is bending the Heck out of those axles on the front windshield.... This is a prime example of why I am glad that people don't credit my name along with their "One of a Kind" creations... Quote
Blakbird Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Yes, this is what will happen when some people choose to make a profit off of others' work. This is clearly Paul's Lamborghini Gallardo and I'm sure they built it using my instructions, yet they make no mention of the creator. I'm not sure what they were thinking with the lime green. C'est la vie. Here's the original, in case there was any doubt: Quote
mostlytechnic Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Ah, but technically it IS one of a kind - it's black and lime. Yours are black and tan or red... so not the same thing ;) Quote
Meatman Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 It looks like the person who built this did it rather hastily and quickly just to make a buck. They must not have had any black bushings for the front, so they just left them light grey. Paul, I don't blame you for not wanting to be connected to this model. Quote

flyz Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 I also have one sitting on my shelf, but with black headlights because one BL store messed up their inventory. I'll probably fix that one day. Still, it's a fantastic model. And soon, I'll have an 8070 and the Murcielago to join it. Quote
