(This is really not the place to discuss your family, likes and fandom. whether you cross it out or not)

And still with the smiling. Are you trying to look like the placid martyr that walks to the gallows with a smile on your face? You really Aren't convincing me at all. My vote stays.

(Hey, I wasn't sure what you'd meant by your statement, so I was clarifying it.)

I've seen what happened to the other innocents before me, and I don't intend to follow in their footsteps...

Here, here. The occupation of our lynchee is irrelevant so long as they are found guilty.

I agree on this!

...

I think that it would be a good idea for me to go lay downgoing to bed and see if I'm thinking more clearly after a bit of rest.

Then we will continue on with our investigation, hopefully, in a more... civil manor.

Aw, Siegmund, my brother from another mother... I was considering defending you from Colette's outrage, but I'm not too keen on doing that now

Using the word 'adamant' is a bit strong, isn't it? I was stating a hypothesis, but the logic of it was quickly dismissed by others, and I haven't pursued the issue, apart from a comment in jest to Danielle.

And the double meaning was certainly not my intention, as I have explained before.

Just to show that I bear no grudge toward you, I won't vote for you at this stage. And I kindly ask that you unvote me at your earliest convenience. But if it comes down to a choice between you and me, I'll be throwing my vote, and anything else I can get my hands on, at you

You didn't exactly step up to my defense earlier from Colette's rampage... :hmpf_bad: Still, I don't bear a grudge against you, but from the beginning I've just had a 'gut feeling'. I'm not convinced to unvote you, and I don't take bribes either... (Some would consider that scummy, and I'm NOT scum!) My vote shall remain unchanged.

Good idea, it's almost one in the morning where I am I am weary from all this investigating, and I think it would behoove us all to get some rest and continue when we can think more clearly.

My word, I really must be weary, I'm even repeating myself when I repeat others.

On account of some people hoging against me, here's my explanation:

- I'm not actively participating because I have no evidence, and unlike some of you I don't follow my 'gut' feeling.

- May I remind you I was the first to give Raquel another chance... I revoted for her cause at the time tje evidence (or lack of it) wasn't enough. Her last words which she send to all of us dd reach my heart and ears but it wa lready

To late..

But why you collette? I trusted

You, if this is the way

You treat

Your friends, then I'm sorry: vote: Colette lemans ( kieldaman)

Dreo,

Like what I told you privately, I'm just stating the data that I've gathered from the other trusted innocent people. This isn't a personal attack, but a collective decision from the group. FYI, I was the last one to think that you're scum. But when too many people think you are, I can no longer dismiss those accusations. Like what I've said, if you defend yourself convincingly, I'm willing to unvote for you. But so far, I've yet to see that. Give me one good reason that will ultimately prove your innocence and I'll gladly unvote for you, even if you voted for me.

------

And Siegmund: Where's the evidence you say you have? I'm beginning to think you're just making those up. Just a piece of advice, put your money where your mouth is. Not just talking nonsense without actually backing it up.

Siegmund, you break my heart. And my broken heart tells me I should vote for you  However, I have gone through the events of the last few days over and over again, and together with the information from Colette, my mind tells me that Dreo really needs to be put to the test. He did seal Raquel's fate, after all.

I will therefore

Vote: Dreo Jacmel (dr jones)

Siegmund, I hope you will think differently of me when you see that a member of the mafia league has been convicted.

We seem to be going off in different directions and exploring various possibilities. Most people have voted with a desire for clarification, and I am witholding my vote for now until people have had a chance to defend themselves further as the pressure is already on them.

At the moment, though, of the four voted for so far, I am inclined to agree with my firey Scandinavian hunk, in that consistently over the last two days Siegmund has not really said much except waffle. And quite a bit of waffle at that, peppered with winks and smileys. Siegmund has stated that's just the way he talks, but honestly Siegmund, it is't helping us. Neither is your constant flitting from one focus of attention for suspicion to another. Are you keen to divert attention away from anyone but yourself?

With regards to Dreo, it appears to me that he was unsure of his vote and wanted to hear what Raquel had to say, and not being convinced he re-voted for her. Why bother unvoting if he wanted Raquel convicted? However, his vote was the convicting vote, and Colette has compiled a "town" view of his insubstantial posting. Was he just trying to remain hidden in the moray of votes and unvotes occurring?

As to the other people with votes behind them, well if I'm note sure about the people making those votes, I'm even less sure about the votes themselves.

So at the moment I'm not sure where to place my vote as I want to convict the most likely scum. Dividing our votes over many people will not help us, however if you have a good reason for voting for someone then do so and explain your reasons to the rest of us.

Yikes! I can't even take a moment to clear my mind before there is a whole new set of evidence.

- I'm not actively participating because I have no evidence, and unlike some of you I don't follow my 'gut' feeling

Okay, you can find evidence almost anywhere you look. I was one of the first ones to come up with an idea for evidence using who did not unvote for Raquel. I started looking for evidence with absolutely no idea when I found this. All you have to do is look around and think of things logically. You don't have to follow your gut feeling to participate, and having no evidence is not an excuse either. You can easily find your own or go off of others and make your own conncetions.

And Siegmund, if you are such a 'nerd' then why don't you come out and give us a list of the information you found? This is one of the main reasons I suspect you. If you would come out and release this information, then I would no longer suspect you guilty.

I am going to have to think on which of you two to vote for.

Ah, still after me Colette?

May I remind you that it was our late Claudia, who was a confirmed town that voted the deciding vote against Ravi.

May I still, in my defence, point out the conditions to which we convicted the previous two victims?

- They were pretty silent

- they kept themselfes down

- they didn't accuse everyone on sight

And may I point out that both of them are townies, now think why you're accusing me, if you found out, if your mind and your heart finds out, then you'll know what to do...

as a sign of trust, which I hope to get back I will not vote untill the last minute: Unvote: Colette Lemans (KielDaMAn)

First of all, they were both convicted about lying. Ravi lied about making alliances and Raquel lied about evidence. They days they were voted out, they were not silent. They fought a lot for their innocence, and began to accuse others that they believed were guilty to turn attention away from themselves. I am sorry, but you have finally convinced me with this statement. I Vote: Dreo Jacmel (dr jones) . I sincerely hope that I do not regret this descision.

Uh, no. You cast Vote #8 against Raquel, which was the final vote needed for a conviction. Claudia cast Vote #9. Only eight votes were required to convict on Day 2.

I am going to have to think on which of you two to vote for.

Well, for starters, Keith, Erin, Geert, and Casey have had my suspicions from the beginning for an over-all lack of participation, and a way of hiding at times.

Dreo I've been uncertain about either way, because he has been active, but also hasn't said much when he has been active. Still he's not at the top of my list, because I do feel he had some heart when he retracted his vote for Raquel. He did put it back later, but also others didn't retract their votes, due to the fact that Requel lied.

Colette has been on my suspicious list because of her long 'innocence speeches' and trying to prove an innocence before she was even questioned. I feel she is indeed trying to hide something. Also I bring up the fact that a real French lady does not curse or use derogatory language towards others. The French pride themselves in being dignified.

Bridget is one whom I'm wondered about, as she was part of the Ravi bandwagon, and helped to get him convicted. The fact that Ravi lied, does stand on her side, but at the same time, she brought up their conversation in the first place.

I feel that without a doubt, ones who I can consider as innocent are Cruz, and Panda as they haven't done anything to arrouse my suspicions. It could be that they are very clever scum, but for now, I doubt this.

The rest I still haven't figured out either way, whether they are guilty or not. They haven't done enough to make me suspicious, but at the same time, I can't rule out the guilty posibility yet.

I brought up the conversation because the way Ravi worded his statements, it sounded like he was doing something scummy. Then he explained, and I did consider retracting my vote, but since he had lied, I decided not to.

Dreo Jacmel/dr jones: 4 (KielDaMan, CommanderFox, KartoffelViking, Baylego)

You have a little less than 24 hours to reach a conviction.

So from the very start you've suspected us? Why didn't you say that before now then? Honestly, I think that you are just saying this because Colette said it. I think that you just repeat things other people have already said to draw attention away from yourself, which I think seems a really odd.

I have never suspected you before, but today I've noticed that you do act rather suspiciously. However, I'm not going to vote for you, yet. But, if I do find some evidence against you, I'll definetely be voting for you. I'm really sorry about this, but you're just acting a bit too suspiciously.

I guess when you only have eyes for me Casey Roswell (Capt. Redblade) just slips on by. Or maybe it is because he silently watches from the sidelines.

You have made a good point though. I saw him standing by the pool watching us all, not long ago.

But he has nothing to add I guess. :hmpf:

I have decided to vote Siegmund Freiburg (smittyfan)

For me, I feel that Erin is the most suspicious, but I have no evidence. I rather dislike how many staff people we have lost, and do not wish to continue this trend. (I'm going to have to do all the work by myself soon!!!) so right now, Siegmund is the most suspicious of the ones left. :sadnew:

Dear me, we still haven't reached a conviction. :sadnew:

Well, im going to stick to my vote. Hopefully we will have a conviction soon, and god help us to have made the right lynch. :sadnew:
