Great work with the tent and all you have achieved so far, this is certainly the best medieval landscape built in Lego which I have seen in a while. I simply can't wait to see the project completed. :classic:

Good Luck with the final leg of the build.

Time for an update (to late, to late!! :cry_sad: )

Chapter Two is complete!! Oleee

Work on the other chapters will cause one or two little changes after all but that´s not bad for this moment.

The sand place was planned as a mixture between tournament rest and a celebreation place.

And here it is.

Only one shot for all the details is not realistic so I have to do a couple of shots.

I hope you can recognize all of it.

The party will be extended with the last missing fractions as visitors by time. Crusaders, black dragons etc.

But first I will make the trees (pines) complete to locate the exact positions for the buildings, I guess.

Ok that´s it or now. I wish you all I nice sunday.

The amount of details you put into this huge landscape is amazing!

I like the minifigures posing, they look very much alive!

Don´t you get the same "syndrome" as me when you do this big scaled moc? I always get tired of the moc and start to think about the next instead... But I´ve never built this big before of course! :classic:

Great update, I like the tents a lot. It looks really lively and happy. Well done, and good luck!

All the tents and the details surrounding them look great. Though personally, I think the fire is a bit too big.

my problem with building something this big (aside of course the pitifully small number of pieces i have) would be that even in my very small by comparison castle moc, i constantly find something wrong with it until the point that it adds up so much that i have to knock it down and start over. i can't imagine how mad i'd drive myself making this thing

It's coming along nicely mate, looks natural and with some nice variation in the landscape. I look forward to seeing what you do with the buildings.

Man, you're a genius. I love the juggling jesters!

That's going to be better and better. Saw this on 1000steine, but this thread with the whole development is just great. I expect some more genious buildings there ;)

Wow, this just gets better and better! :sweet: I love the meeting place with yr ingenious tents, i'd be content with that as a MOC myself, but i know yr going to be on to bigger and better things with this landscape. I await yr next update with anticipation - this thread is just great to watch!

Simply stunning :cry_happy:

Look forward to every update

Look forward to every update

And here it is.

Due to the fact that my work table is spaceless filled with my moc, I decided to finish chapter 1 first. And then remove this and chapter 2 from the table to get space for designing the houses.

The first one isn´t so much overloaded with structures like the tents and the knights but that´s good. Anything else would cause a loss of overview.

Only for info; The single weight of both chapters is 3,8 kg.

Brilliant, the cart is perfet, it just gets better and better. This is going to be awesome, looking forward to more :sweet: . Well done maydayartist

This is getting better and better. you have an eye for detail. That signpost is brilliant!

I have to confess I didn't notice the Forestman at the first picture - either your MOCing skills or his stealth skills are great, or maybe the two of you are great at what you do

Thre trees are just great too, very green and lively.

The bearded soldier gives the feel that this is all very real

I love the cart, and love the trees even more. Your landscaping in this MOC is really just incredible. What's that brick-built animal on the right?

I love opening this thread; the whole project is outstanding.

The whole block is wonderful. But I just love the farmer and his wagon the best. There is just something about it that just gets to me.

Thank You for giving us this chance to share your efforts and enjoy watching your progress. :classic:

Oh, and I love the donkey too...

It looks like a moose or elk to me.

Amazing work... there is just so more detail in this piece of art. I guess when it's finished, I could stare hours at the landscape, only to check out al the little details in there. The trees, the bridge, the brick build animal, the cart, the hey bales... awesome, awesome, awesome. Can't wait to see the next update!

An awesome landscape already, and it's going to be huge, and stuffed with detail! :cry_happy:

Keep it up!!

Wow, I usually spend my time in the Pirate Theme section and stumbled onto this area as my daugther is showing interest in the Castle sets. This MOC is extreme and so detailed its great. What a fantastic build. I will definetly be keeping tabs on this. Super cool job!
