I said earlier that the house looked a little cartoon-ish, but seeing it amongst the others really helps. It doesn't look out of place at all to me!

May the Lego be with you!

@mods

I hope the amount and the size of two of them is ok? Let me know if its not.

My word, it's just too beautiful!

I don't know if you're a father, Phil, but I know for sure that when I was a kid I would have loved my dad to have built me something like this. It's like a whole world on a table, just waiting for an imaginative child (or grown-up!) to break out the minifigs and embark on legendary adventures.

I can't wait to see it all completed, but these photos are more than enough for me right now..

Wow this is quite possibly the most amazing LEGO thing I have ever seen. It truely is beautiful.

Words seem inadequate to describe this MOC.

I am new to Eurobricks and have learned many new building techniques from what you have posted maydayartist.

I particularly liked the Bonfire in the campsite.

The Conifer trees and the Willow.

The Windmill is amazing.

The Roof details for all the buildings

and not least the lanscaping in general.

I hope my future MOC's will come close to your standard.

After following the entire thing from the beginning, I knew it was going to be great. But, maydayartist, you have just blown me completely away. Everything looks so natural and in tune with the overall scene that I'm utterly speechless. And you haven't even finished it yet :oh:

You, sir, absolutely deserve the 'artist' in your nick, because nobody, not even those without a glimpse of knowledge could deny that what you are creating is, indeed, a piece of art - and the very finest at that

Also, I hope the delivery you expect will fulfill your standards and I'm sure it'll greatly supplement any of your creations, those in the present and the future.

Marvelous, just marvelous!

These photo's show so much skill, taste and dedication.. Unbelievable what you managed to create here. Thanks a lot for sharing!

what an incredible MOC i've ever seen!!

great work, dude!

anyway, you're in koeln?

i'm in Gelsenkirchen! not so far from here, eh?

lol

I´m wathing this building since its beginning and I´m always really excited when I see new pictures

will be in Cologne to see this in real :cry_happy:

I've been silently looking at this topic since you made it, I don't think I've posted once but this landscape is simply great. It's quite inspiring, keep up the good work.

Words cannot describe how awesome this is/how jealous I am!!

I really can't wait to see this whole thing.

Would love to see it in the flesh

Awesome - inspiring.

Everything is awesome.

Could you post a photo of the entire layout?

Thank you!

Simply amazing! I have nearly all the 'significant' castle sets, but missing the creativity and talent (which you truly exhibit).

Well done. Call me if you ever wanted to sell it! ; )

As much as I love the images could you resize them , especially seeing the amount of traffic this thread receives it will help to stop the site getting sluggish.

Great work though!

Love this build and enjoy returning to see how it is going. Cracking stuff.

Everything is awesome.

Could you post a photo of the entire layout?

Thank you!

We've asked, begged and pleaded for an overall shot of the build so far. He's being a big meanie and denying us. Those teaser pics will have to tide you(and everyone else) over till he's done. Which better be soon!

You must be incredibly patient to keep going on with this work for so long and perfecting each detail. I am most impressed.
