My second MOC after returning from a Lego hiatus.

I do plan on detailing the interior like is normally the case with what I have done with my other buildings thus far, but that will come later.

I love the modern conservative design and overall SNOT finish of this coffee shop. Judging from your Bar & Grill MOC I'm pretty sure the interiors of this will be as great as that one. Very good work!

I have considered the thought, adding residences above it like some places in America have condominiums above outdoor shopping centres... it would look nice with some building designs but with one as modern-looking as this I'm kind of doubting how well low-rise condominiums would look on top of it. In particular I don't think residences would look very good against the contrast of a black/white colour theme. Though, thanks for the suggestion - for my next project I'll use that as an excuse to use a different colour scheme ;)
