Javert Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 (edited) Are you a fan of Les Misérables the musical? Are you a big fan of LEGO? since I am both I feel its time to combine the 2! I have 3 competitions running and the lucky winners will see thier work incorporated into the real thing! COMPETITION 1: Set Designer (1 Winner) This involves creating a lego Barricade that is suitable for many minifigures, This can be any size you like, but 1 rule, you must download or use Lego Digital Designer to Create it, then use the Print Scrn button on your keyboard to take a photo of the finished work. Then SAVE the work so if you are a winner you can send me instructions so I can build your masterpiece! COMPETITION 2: Background Designer (2 winners) This involves your artistic work with photoshop, paint etc, to create some brilliant backdrops that will fit. I would love it if a few people could try and re-create the backdrop seen in this picture from the 25th Anniversary Tour production: My link My link your challenge is to re-create the backdrop in these images, there will be 2 winners as I need 2 different ones, more backdrops will follow very soon.... COMPETITION 3: Decal Designer (Winners) Your chance to create decals for minifigures. Here is the list: Jean Valjean, any outfit, if military uniform please extend the jacket so that its not just a flat picture stuck on. Javert, I regret handing this one over, I need the Prison officer uniform (my favourite costume) Fantine, this outfit will be straight forward, a torso decal and dress decal. Master Thenardier, Master of the house costume (again please extend the jacket) If you enter this you may create as many as you like. I will choose the best ones out of the entries recieved! NOTE: ALL OF THESE COMPETITIONS WILL RUN UNTIL THE 31st MAY SO YOU HAVE PLENTY TIME, YOU MAY ENTER ALL THREE COMPETITIONS IF YOU WISH TO DO SO, THIS IS A FANTASTIC CHANCE TO BE A PART OF THE MAKING OF A MASTER-PIECE! (pardon the pun) GOOD LUCK JAVERT Edited March 30, 2011 by Javert Quote
Fugazi Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 I'm not sure I get the point of this. Basically you're asking for people to design 'your' MOC? Good luck! Anyway, for inspiration you can always check out this splendid MOC by SlyOwl. Quote

Why don't you design it yourself if you are a such fan of Les Misérables ? (BTW, before being a musical, it's a fantastic book, have you already read it ?) Quote
