I'm just wondering (and there might be a good reason for this), why doesn't Bane need his breathing apparatus any more? I believe in all of the previous episodes where he appeared, he had it. If he doesn't need it, why was it there in the first place (besides for a being a stylistic thing)?

It's not there for him to breath normally, it's in case he gets sucked into space of in a room of poison gas etc, it's just because he's crazily prepared.

I believe so, he didn't have his breathing-thingie when dressed as a clone either, some time ago.

It's a shame Lego printed the Cad Bane head partialy with breather :sceptic:

I actually think it is to save him form force choke. He is prepared to hunt Jedi. He has rocket boots so he can fly like a Jedi can jump, and his breathing thing protects him from some force abilities.

Has anyone noticed that new armor on Commander Fox? I really like it.

Maybe there are some good refrence pictures?

Which would make perfect sence, if it wasn't for the fact that Jedi don't use force choke. :sceptic:

And the tubes lead to his cheeks. Force Choke cuts off the windpipe, farther down the line in the respiratory system.

Curious. I was just about to ask if this is Commander Fox:

Interesting; it seems like Fox is basically the inverse colors of a shock trooper.

Hm. I don't like the fact that he has printed arms since we won't see them in Lego.

And he doesn't look half as cool as Rex or Wolffe.

I think he looks great! But seeing as Cody and basically all of the other clone commanders we've gotten have decorated arm armor, I'm wouldn't be surprised not to see it.

He does not mean color, but pattern. We likely will not see pattern on the arms, unless it is made in China.

"Friends and Enemies" wasn't so good, but next week's episode looks a lot better already:

Great episode if you ask me.

If you haven't heard, Ian Abercrombie, the voice of Palpatine in The Clone Wars film and series, passed away on Thursday at the age of 77. He will be missed.

Who will be the next Palpatine voice?

I was wondering about that.

Also, will they retcon the replacement voice into the older episodes?

If they can convince them to act for a show like CW, the original Palpatines are still alive.

I don't think Clive Revill counts, since he was replaced.

Ian McDiarmid might do it, as he has done voice acting before.

  Quote
"The disguised Obi-Wan accompanies Cad Bane and Moralo Eval to Serenno, where they enlist in a brutal competition with other bounty hunters from around the galaxy to determine who will participate in a plot to kidnap the Chancellor."

That seems oddly familiar

I'm just saying he has experience with the part. I believe he's actually still credited in the end credits of Empire.

Also, as a general rule, the replaced are better than the replacements in the OT. (though in this case, I don't have a problem with either actor, but... *cough*Christensen replacing Shaw*cough*)

Now if Asajj would join the fight, we'd have it completely the same!

To go ahead and settle the Cad Bane breathing tube reason.

"He also utilized removable[41] cybernetic breathing tubes that were embedded in his cheekbones;[4] they were directly connected to his windpipe,[7] allowing him to work freely in the harshest atmospheres without the need for additional protection." - Wookieepedia

I think maybe they should have done a reverse-able head with and without breathing tubes.

Not bad episode. I wonder if we'll get an Obi Fett minifig, haha.

I was thinking that too. I would love a Raako Hardin minifig, and an Eval fig. Also, that preview for the next episode was really cool. I love all the different bounty hunters. I wonder if Embo will survive?
