You have probably all heard about the Hero Creator by now, but did you know you can build giant Heroes in LEGO Designer?

I'm building one know. Uploading it later

Already built one. Bulk 2.0.

If you're curious how I changed the colors from those in the DesignByMe palette, I actually just did that by switching from LEGO DesignByMe mode to LEGO Universe mode and vice-versa (by clicking View>New Themes>LEGO Universe and View>New Themes>LEGO DesignByMe). An even easier solution is to use LDD Extended mode, where all the parts in LDD are available in any color you want.

The disadvantage of using LDD Extended mode or LEGO Universe mode to recolor parts is that your model will no longer be purchaseable through DesignByMe. But for design purposes, it's a very versatile tool. LDD Extended in particular has a number of parts you can't access even in DesignByMe mode, such as certain bones and armor.
