Lego sent out an e-mail that PAB has over 150 new elements. Is there a list of what new items are available? Was anything removed? Here are some of the new items they highlighted.

Thanks for pointing this out, I've had a look on the PAB website and noted down here some of the new parts. Here are the images of the new parts to PAB (the images are from PAB) :

These two heads are from this year's Pharoah's Quest sets.

These three torsos are all new to the PAB assortment.

They also have some Hero Factory parts on there now.

Nice to see some new elements, that letter piece is interesting and I NEED one of thos doors for my Orc's base.

Many of them include parts that were added to LEGO Digital Designer in the latest update. These include...

• Bright Green 6x12, 8x16, and 16x16 plates
  
• The white horse
  
• Various minifigure parts
  
• Nearly 100 Hero Factory parts (Although I say Hero Factory parts, many useful new parts are not Hero Factory-specific, including transparent blue lightsaber blades, and the spike piece 64727 in assorted colors)

Considering how many pieces that alone covers, it's no surprise to me that there are over 150 new parts in total.

I'm sure Castle army builders will like that. I'd buy some, but they don't fit well into my current builds.

Although I don't buy from PAB, I noticed that there's actually a lot of Minifigure parts missing. There's no longer any female heads, a few of the hairpieces have gone and haven't been replaced, and there's hardly any torsos anymore.

White Horse would be a steal at .75 cents as I would buy 100 but they are NOT AVAILABLE. Not sure if this means they are SOLD OUT or it's a mistake that they are offering them.

ALSO

Looks like the Dark Pearl Gray helmets are GONE and replaced with Light Gray. Also the femaile heads that I had been buying are gone too.

Revolvers and Tommy Guns are now availabe CHEAP. Get them now before they will be NOT AVAILABLE.

I have seen NOT AVAILABLE before. It meant they were temporarily out of stock.

Ummm... what are you talking about? There's still a female minifigure head (there wasn't more than one to begin with, although the previous double-sided one seems to have been removed), and while a few torsos may have been removed others were added, such as a Pirates torso, the white torso with blue overalls, and the female torso with a tank top covered in rainbow stars. Are you sure you're checking every page of each category?

There are also abundant quantities of hair pieces. Some stuff is badly categorized, though. One hair piece alone is in the category "Mini Figure" while all the others are in the category "Figure, Hair" (along with two inexplicable Exo-Force robot arms).

When you say that the helmet has been replaced by light grey, does that mean that it is not silver, but actually grey, cause that colour for that helmet hasn't happened in a long time.

It is Light Stone Grey, although while those were primarily Classic Castle helmets, they have appeared in recent sets.

Tommy Guns? where are they? I can't seem to see them (if by Tommy Gun you do indeed mean what I think - the black gun with a drum magazine that has most recently appeared in the Pharaoh's Quest sets)

I set it to 500 bricks per page, so that all the pieces were on a single page. I looked through all the categories with "Figure" or "Minifigure" in the name, and what I said earlier is what I found. Perhaps I'm just not looking well enough.

EDIT: Yes, I've found them now. For some reason if you set it as 20 or more bricks per page, it doesn't show all the bricks.
