aywans I’m totally up for Castle and Pirates. Themed series.  I’m also up for second series for Halloween/Monsters!

I think Christmas CMF sounds great. I’m waiting for a proper bottom part for snowman. I don’t want white legs, just wanted a domed part.

I don’t care if Pirates have to be realistic, Following Series 14 and Series 26’s fashion, I will drop my ideal list for Pirates CMF…

1.) (female) Pirate Captian

.2.) Merchant 

3.) Sea Witch 

4.) Sea Warrior (with mermaid tail) with new shell-tangled hairpiece and new spear

5.) Imperial Soldier 

6.) Pirate Ship Costume 

7.) Pirate Fairy

10.) Shipwreck Pirate with monkey and bottle 

11.) Cabin Boy

Um,  I don’t know….I mean we haven’t seen islander minifigure for many year sine Island Warrior in CMF.  Din’t you think it will draw backlash from Pacific Islanders?

Well, after the Tallneck set, LEGO must have license to Horizon Zero Dawn - besides Aloy, there are many other interesting persons that could be made to minifigs.

Plus of course the robot animals...

So I wish for a licensed HZD series (will probably never happen)

Cool list! I love so many of these. I can easily imagine TLG producing a Female Pirate Captain (Pirate Queen?). "Pirate Fairy" is nice and whimsical - I can definitely see the designers having fun with that one. As additional ideas for costume figures, may I suggest "Monkey Costume Fan" or "Parrot Costume Fan" (Red Macaw).

I wonder what historical or pop culture references TLG could include in a potential Pirates Series? Perhaps a "Gentlemen Pirate" with a long wig (alluding to Stede Bonnet) or a "Sea Cook" with a wooden leg Inspired by R.L Stevenson's Long-John Silver?

Like @panda1, I hope that TLG does give us another Islander CMF figure one day. I'm optimistic they could do a female gender swap of the CMF from the Series 11 "Island Warrior" without it proving controversial.

There is a new raven mold showing up in the DreamZzz summer wave! 

It could be possible for a all-black raven to be introduced in future CMF series I could imagine it will go with Allfather (Odin), grave digger, enchantress,  poetry writer (Edgar Allen Poe).

Hmmm that would be very interested to see snow/ice-sparkled raven for Viking/Norse minifigure. I like that idea. We will see when we have black/purple raven come out for purchase!

Yeah from what we've seen it's coming in September.  We haven't gotten any other rumors of anything else so far.

If we want to start making predictions, I think it'll be a licensed series in January 2025. Lego has usually had a 2:1 ratio of licensed to normal numbered series, but this year we've gotten Series 25, 26, and D&D. So, I could see the year starting off licensed to "make up" for it. So, I think it could go: Licensed, unlicensed, licensed next year.

As far as specific themes go? Well, for licensed ones, I could see it being Fortnite or Animal Crossing still - either of those would be pretty popular. The one towards the end of next year could maybe go back to either Disney or Marvel (specifically an X-Men '97 series - especially if it launces near Season 2!). As far an unlicensed theme goes, I would love a Castle series to mirror the Space one we just got, but I don't think that'll happen - it'll probably just be the usual assorted dozen.

Some kind of sauropod would be fun, with the long neck sticking up over the head like in the giraffe costume.

Or a pterosaur (not a dinosaur but usually lumped in with them) with specialty wing-arms.

I don´t think there is any system behind whether it is a licensed Series, though I would say they won´t make 3 of either after another. That being said we had an unlicensed now and will get a licenced after, so next one could be anything really.

I would love a castle series, though I agree it doesn´t seem that likely. Wouldn´t wonder if we see a 3rd Harry Potter Series at least one normal one of course.

My guesses would be Brachiosaurus and after that the Pteranodon.

With as many new minifigures as there are for the Harry Potter sets, I don't think a third Harry Potter wave will be likely. A bunch of ghosts, teachers, critters, etc are in new sets, and I think the list of minifigures that could make up a meaningful minifig series (especially after the mandatory Harry/Ron/Hermione/Dumbledore variants) is getting smaller every wave. It could even the the case that those new minifigs help push expensive sets, letting Lego get more money than just having them in a CMF (IE, Bill in a Shell Cottage set might sell more units than just having him in a CMF).

Most of the discussion about the series has been over in the Historic forum, so you could have missed it that way! That, and we got descriptions/ a leaked leaflet fairly early.

I'd prefer a brachiosaur or pterodactyl.

Actually, I would much rather prefer they keep making animal and vegetable costume minifigs, although I don't mind they keep doing dinos as well.

I do feel another Marvel series is unlikely for 2025 given all the push backs and cancellations that have been happening over there recently

I always love regular CMF Series. But I feel like there would be one regular series and two licensed series in 2025 since we have two non-licensed series this year. So we shall see! Personally, I would love to see speical themed series like Castle, Western, Pirates, Adventureers. 

if it’s Disney Seires 3 (or 4 if Disney 100 is counted as Series 3….) has Belle and the Beast, i will grab them!

i eer hae any interest in Marvel series based off MCU but I like idea of Marvel Comic myself. I collected DC Comic Series a few years ago. It’s nice that DC comic minifigures are not portrayed by actors. 

I already made my guessin list for Series 27 but given that there is no confirmed Series 27 at the moment, I won’t create a guessin game thread yet.  But I a provide my prediciton for dino costume. I would guess it’s either Pteranodon or Stegosaurus.  I also would like to see Saber-Toothed Tiger or Woolly Mammoth costumes!
