Batbrick Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 I'm certainly looking forward to Wall-E, Pixar never disappoints and this looks fantastic. To the Batbrick Cave! >:-) Quote

AgentRick Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 (edited) Now here I was, watching the new Speed Racer trailer, It looks much better than the first one. You get to see more of the cars, much more action (Ninjas!), and the amazing special effects( the Mach 5 flipping over the car at 0:53 was Spectacular!) just blows you away. plus that opening scene made me laugh. :-D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8aLwVYmcBg8 Edited April 7, 2008 by AgentRick57 Quote
Oky Posted July 9, 2008 Posted July 9, 2008 I just looked at the trailer for 'The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor' again, and I have to say that it looks REALLY promissing! I mean it has everything you can ask from a good adventure movie with a fantasy-ish plot that is centered on a chinese mythos: A kickass reawakened mummy (Jet Li! ), an evil AND a good undead army, old airplanes with loopy pilots, some kind of Yeti, and a three-headed dragon! I am very excited about this movie and can't wait to get out my Orient Expedition sets and Castle skeletons to make a MOC from the movie! Oh, and "Batman - Gotham Knight" looks pretty good as well, even though I usually despise Anime and wasn't all that thrilled by "AniMatrix". Quote
badbrick Posted July 9, 2008 Posted July 9, 2008 (edited) Trailer for the remake of the "The Day The Earth Stood Still" looks promising. Here's the link to it. Edited July 9, 2008 by badbrick Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 (edited) The Watchmen -OHHHHHHHH!!!! Fan boy excitement! Terminator-Salvation -lmerits a look, definitely, but no Schwarzzenegger. Edited July 20, 2008 by Lt. Col. Thok Quote
Oky Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Yes, I saw the Terminator one as well. I don't really care if Arnie is in this one or as long as it's a good movie. This will be either really cool or really stupid - Can't quite tell from this teaser - but it does look interesting. Quote

Saw the trailers for Death Race and Tropic Thunder. Both look really promising! Quote
JimBee Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 I haven't seen the new Terminator trailer, but I did watch the Sarah Connor Chronicles. No Schwrarzenagger, no good. Besided, the third one had him and it still sucked (IMO). I saw the 007 Quantum of Solace Trailer though, looks good. A sequel to Casino Royale... I'm not sure if a Bond sequel will be good. But it looks good! Quote
Adam Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Tropic Thunder is hilarious, definately worth a watch. I just saw the new HP6 trailer on You Tube, and, frankly, it sucks. Little Voldy is terrible, Dumbledore sounds like a bumbling, senile fool (dumb-er-door ), and I can't wait for more bad acting from Daniel Radcliff. I remember the "Happening" trailer- that looked so stupid. Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Saw commercial for Watchmen again - I had to rereadt the graphic novel. It's just so awesome! Quote
Shoc Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Saw commercial for Watchmen again - I had to rereadt the graphic novel. It's just so awesome! Oh, it is, it is. The movie actually looks to be a faithful adaptation too, unlike something like Harry Potter. Of course I would prefer it if Nite Owl looked the same as in the novel, but his new suit is kinda cool anyway. Dr Manhattan looks atomically smurfilly brilliant in the trailer too. :skull: Quote

Shoc Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Agreed. Atomic Smurf ON! Ahhh, I love atomic smurfs. I don't recall it saying the certification on the trailer... I wonder if it would be a 15 or an 18 (English ratings, but obvious what they mean). The novel has swearing and some atomic smurf nudity, so I'm not sure... Atomic Smurf On! (again) :skull: Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 I think its a 14A movie in Canada (cuz an 18A rating would alienate all the kiddies). Quote
Oky Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Well, there is a trailer for PIXAR's next film "UP" finally, and it looks quite promising! Usually, Pixar shows a trailer for their next movie with the showing of their current movie, so this one is overdue since WALL E came into theaters, but now it's finally here. It's gonna be a fun movie and I can't wait to see it! You can find it here, on YouTube. The new trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince looks very good as well! I am so mad, though, that they postponed it 'til freakin' July! Quote
