Hi everyone

I have juct received my diagon alley set but thaught it looked a bit lonely.

So i got myself a medieval market village and turned the blacksmith shop half into

a broom shop and half into a owl shop.

also the pub is being used as the pufb wich takes you from london to diagon alley.

also the fish stall is being used as a place for lockheart ro sell hi books.

Unfortunatley it still looks too small are there any other sets that look good

alongside diagon alley and mmv

thanks

You might want to check out 4193 London Escape from the new Pirates of the Caribbean line. The building is not quite as detailed as Diagon Alley or MMV but I think it would fit in nicely with those two. There's a great review of this set in the Pirates forums.

Hi!

I think that you could use LDD or yes perhaps you could buy London escape and add some details to it

ps. I éxpect to see some pics from your MOC/D :classic:

I think Cafe Corner, Market Street, Green Grocer, and especially the upcoming Pet Shop would all fit in nicely in Diagon Alley, even though they're a bit taller than the Diagon Alley buildings. Winter Toy Shop might work too if you remove the snow and Christmas ornaments.

Green Grocer would fit since the color scheme of it fits with the Diagon Alley color scheme. Also if you can remember set #10184 Town Plan's church may go good, but thats just in my opinion. You can also add some LEGO City Cars to give it a more realistic city look.

I actually think that when you put the Diagon Alley stuff by the modular buildings (Green Grocer, Grand Emporium, etc) it makes the Diagon Alley buildings look small and incomplete. The Christmas Village buildings (Bakery and Toy shop) are much more in the scale of the Diagona Alley and Medieval Market. There's a new set that sort of matches the Medieval Market called the Mill Village Raid (#7189) that fits the scale also, but I'm not sure if you could really turn it into any type of building that would fit in at Diagon Alley from a theme standpoint.

+1 with London Escape in terms of scale.

however the LE building doesn't have the elaborate design of the diagon alley structures.
