The UK website allows you to build a minifigure and it includes new castle parts for the Lion knights. I cannot order them from the USA, but had to check it out when people on Instagram posted this news in the last hour. Screenshot_20220413-081230_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220413-074133_Chrome.jpg

So far interesting things that I’ve found in the BAM beta in U.K. are:

blue wyldstyle hair, unprinted, exclusive

Vitruvian shirt- piece found here https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-minifig-torso-assembly-vitruvian-man-pattern-973 BAM exclusive

Chinese year of the rat shirt, exclusive I think

blue Hawaiian shirt, only in one set from 2019

the knight pieces (good guys torso + bad guys)

Exclusive ‘champs’ baseball torso

Black space pug torso (exclusive to BAM)

pink corset piece https://rebrickable.com/parts/973c01h01pr0012/torso-corset-white-blouse-and-lavender-lace-up-back-print-yellow-arms-and-hands/ from early minifigure series

A nice suit jacket/ tux with a red flower + top hat

Chef’s whites + hat

In terms of accessories, most are common but the more interesting ones are old knights shield, turquoise gecko, daschund, Olympic medal, pink duck ring and sprinkles pie. Oddly enough there’s the chicken headpiece and accessory but no matching torso. :shrug_oh_well:

Note: the page just went down again sigh :hmpf:

Does anyone know where this torso comes from?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it myself - it's 71044.

I checked out the BAM tower in the certified store in Seville, Spain. There was actually an excellent range, including: the torso from the chocolate cake figure, Vitruvius shirt, lion knight pieces, blue wyldstyle hair, sprinkles pie, mermaid legs, ice man head, tie dye shirt with denim jacket.

Mermaid…legs?

Found the Easter BAM figs today (East Coast, USA). Called in advance to made sure they were available.

Which state are you in? I’m form East Coast.

I don’t recall any new Easter BAM figures but that’s awesome you got them

Online BAM site is already gone at the moment,  I know it was a Beta, maybe they took it offline to keep up with high initial demand.

Pick a Brick also notes they have a 5-6 week backlog for non-bestseller items.

Yeah it sucks, I wasn't fast enough to get my order in...

They call them Easter minifigs, but in reality they're just the Bear, chicken suit kid, and butterfly girl:

This was in the northeast, but I'd just recommend calling your store.

Thankfully I made an order for build a minifigure and put it in my basket. I had 5 minifigures for £9.95 and now the site has been taken down the price in my basket has gone down to £6.05?

Those aren’t new pieces from the Lion Knight’s castle, they’ve been around in physical BAM stations for years.

I don’t think anyone is saying that they are.

One is the king torso from Kingdoms (2012ish) and the other is the CMF torso and legs from the Frightening Knight.

I had ordered 15 knights through the new section on LEGO web site but I only received the helmets and heads. Torsos, legs and shields are missing! I was super excited but now I'll have to deal with customer service.

Build A Minifigure section on the LEGO web site seems to be shut down at this point but I want to warn you anyway.

DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE, it's buggy and you'll end up loosing your money.

A couple weeks ago (or so) I ordered 19 figures through this new section and received the package a few days ago.

Four of the minifigures that I had ordered were complete.

15 of them were not! I only received heads and helmets. I never received the torsos, legs or shields.

LEGO claims that this order is not registered in my LEGO account. Although I can clearly see the order number in my account. It just does not display the contents of the order for some reason.

LEGO also claims that I ordered incomplete minifigures in the BAM section instead of full figures. That's not true at all as I know very well I ordered 15 complete knights!

BAM section was in beta and it obviously failed to work and I have no fault in this nor did I realize it until I received the package.

I had a lenghty one way monologue with the customer service and they refuse the send the rest of the parts, replying the same thing over and over again.

They are not explaining how it is possible to order incomplete minifigures nor why they claim the order is not registered to my name even though I can see it in my account.

I'm fed up with them so I give up. I wasted 30 EUROs for 15 heads and helmets.

Returning the order is not practical because I live in a rural area and closest DPD location to return the package is 37 kms away from me. The money I will waste for driving, parking, packaging and loosing time is not worth 30 EUROs.

This is the third problematic order I had with LEGO in 2022. I'm deeply disappointed in their customer service.

I almost had this problem (or not exactly this problem). I had all my minifigures ready to order, went to pay for them, and saw the amount was significantly less than what I should have paid. I edited the order and realised that the system had stripped out all the legs, torsos, and shields. So it was going to charge me less, but for stuff I did not want (heads and hair/helmets). The only reason I actually noticed was that it brought me below the free postage threshold and I was checking why. It appeared that it would let me check out with the incomplete minifigures, but since the legs, torsos and shields were all I wanted I just gave up.

Not saying that happened to you, but it is quite possible. I would note in my case the cost was reduced when the parts were stripped out, although it looks like in your case you paid full price.

I'm glad to hear that a similar thing happened to you! I was going crazy about why they act like this. They shouldn't have opened it up for public if it doesn't work.

BTW the order has now been deleted from my account, I think this is also ridiculous, it's 1984 kind of stuff!!

I don't know if I also missed out on some VIP points because of this purge.

Oh I adore that wizard! Wanted poster tile is nice too. And it looks like they used Greef Karga's torso for the female bandit plus a Jawa torso for the sheriff? Aside from the printed white skirt, is this the first time SW prints have shown up in BAM?

I love the fact that a few members have been keeping tabs on the various parts (some exclusive) from the Build-a-Minifigure kiosk and Minifigure Factorys.

I understand that different locations sometimes have different parts available, but is there an unofficial list of BAM characters?
I've downloaded a few photos from the locations that appear to have employee-assembled characters. Of course, the pre-packaged ones are fairly easy to identify.
Is there a consensus on which accessories and body parts best complement each other to create believable characters?

Tempting wizard! It's the third BAM one so far as far as I can tell. Seems like a popular inclusion. Odd inclusion of SW prints on the other figs... I thought Lego wasn't allowed to do that?

Over on Bricklink there are some entries for BAM figs with the correct assembly for each, although I think at this point it's outdated and some of the 2021 figures haven't been added yet.
