Silly question but is there a build a minifigure section of the website? Or a way to order these pieces through the online brick finder? I guess I don’t mind going to a physical location for that Unikitty dress, the new Sheriff figure looks tempting, as does the Hippie torso and hair, but I’d love to be able to order said pieces online.

Not yet in the US.  Some European countries have a BAM section under Pick and Build but the selection currently is very limited and mostly parts that have already been available for several years in the store BAM towers.  When they first announced it they said it could take a year or more for newer BAM parts to maybe be added eventually sometime in the future if at all.

This is a picture of the Build-a-Minifig station from one of the more recent LEGO store openings here in Australia at Karrinyup:

The Dreamworld LEGO store (my local) got a remodel recently and has the same style Build-a-Minifig station as do possibly other recent store openings in Australia (and from what I can tell on Google, at least one store in New York has this stand as well)

This BAM station is exactly the same as the one found in the newly-opened world's largest LEGO store: Leicester Square. I went there 2 weeks ago, It is the best LEGO store ever and I don't say that lightly.

How deep are the trays with minifig parts in the new set up, looks shallow and then it can not have room for many parts in it right?
As long as they top them up often that is not a problem if they don`t it should result in slim pickings rather soon after a refill:shrug_oh_well:

Yeah the trays are deep, they would have been better if they were wider though.

OK, so it is more or less as before. Previously it was digging horizontally for parts, but now it is digging vertically instead:shrug_oh_well:

The Halloween and other new figs are showing up in more stores judging by several instagram posts. I like seeing the exclusive prints/parts assembled as they're "supposed" to be so I've gathered several examples.

Also I believe the picture of the the Day of the Dead torso is new.

Oh, very nice! That torso matches the catrina parts even better than the old one I linked! Also quite fond of that new music note jacket torso, and while it's not unique it's very nice to have a cheaper way to acquire the Bellatrix hair.

Depending on what previous parts carry over, this could very well be a two-trio wave for me.

If my local store has these in stock next weekend I'm in trouble.  I will definitely need doubles and maybe triples of a few of them.

I have been trying to resist the urge to hit the local LEGO store (what with all the money I just spent on my order with the new online PaB setup and the money I will be spending at the upcoming LEGO show) but some of these new parts are really tempting. Might have to hit up a couple stores today and see if they have anything new...

I didn't realise the account I linked to were just using stonewars.de photos without credit. Stonewars have the view of the back:

The first picture I saw of the torso was not close up and it was hard to make out the dark red printed hips, so I thought it was the bolero jacket with out the skeleton printing, which I would have also liked

Got lucky vacation and found more red falcon knights.  Only had the patience to put together 9, so I have 12 now after having given up on them.  Still wish they sold these online as I really pulling parts others may have damaged or at least dirtied with their rummaging.

Spotted a bunch of the new stuff at the dreamworld lego store. No knights but I did snag the boy scout torso, the music note jacket, the magenta bowler hat and the aqua torso with the buttons and pocket.

If you're anything like me and you don't like buying non exclusive parts from BAM when they can just as easily be ordered off PAB or BL for less (or more accurately, with only 15 parts per pack I don't want to waste one on a common part).

And swap out the hands.

Spoiler

I know this the hard way after buying the Pumpkin Scarecrow today and only realising after getting home

I was lucky enough to find the new witch, "bat boy" and scarecrow three pack at the Lego Store in Albany, NY, but I did not see the other new stuff. What a pity, I really like that "Day of the Dead" minifigre!!!

The Burlington, MA store said at the weekend that they had all seven new figures, but not the accessories, which should have arrived today, so they were going to put them out when the accessories arrived.

Ita been around in the BAM for years, it was originally used in series 15 Knight.

I believe Europe had these torso/legs in their BAM first around 2019. Showed up in US in 2020 and I think I got mine in early 2021. I did my best to mark the dates by each photo in the Flickr stream. Of course, mileage varies with each store.
