I've only experienced one of the fountain style in a newly opened store.  All the others I've experience were the tower style.  My favorite store used to do a decent job of keeping the parts separated properly in their tower.  Unfortunately the last time I was there it was becoming a jumbled mess like all the others I've experienced in other stores.  My one experience with the fountain type one wasn't that great as there were way too many people crowded around it and it was difficult to see what was in the trays which had too many different parts in each one.

I do like the idea of the newer style Pick-a-brick wall but again in that new store it was not very big so quite limited in what parts were available.  And I could see it being difficult to access if more than two or three people were trying to pick parts at the same time.

The local Lego Store has the tower while the Legoland has the fountain.

What I really preferred was when the nearest Lego Store had a set of drawers behind the counter with each of the pieces in the BAM tower in a separate drawer and when it wasn't busy they'd give customers access to it so that you could easily build a full set of whatever the current BAM figures were without searching through the random mix of things in the tower. But head office told them they had to stop doing that.

Are these for real?

I have no idea.

The OP on Reddit said they were in the Barcelona store. Posted on the AFOL sub, which doesn't usually have much click bait for free Internet points, so I assume it's real.

Some great looking figures apparently in BAM stations, reported on Reddit. Anyone seen these?

I'm curious why the dog guy has a polar bear head. Seems like I'd be better to recolor the pug head

Is there any current BAM or PAB torso that would match well with the polar bear suit, so that he is fully wearing a polar bear suit?

I was wondering the same thing.  Unless it was released separately from the set the Head Mold originally came in, we might be out of luck for the time being.

I believe the original fig was from the ice cream shop and the polar bear guy had some logo on his t-shirt.

The only other white torso from the animal costume people that I know of is the white rabbit costume guy CMF, but the pink belly would not match.

Hmm, perhaps the CMF Yeti?

Oh wow! I only just went to the Lego shop this past weekend but if those animals start showing up in more stores I’ll have to back again!

Tbf I keep going to army-build Lion Knights so I’d probably just put these new animals in with 3 more knights figures

Yeti might work.  But the color on the torso and legs also might throw off the overall look.  Regardless, it's awesome that these are coming to build a minifigure!

Wow that white hairpiece is awesome!

It is not new, but the last appearance of that part in white was the 2016 Ghostbusters firehouse, so it is good to have it readily-available. Also, it is perfect for animated Storm.

I was planning to go to my store some time this week to get some of the January figs.  Now I'm wondering if I should wait a week or so to see if they get the newer ones in.  But then again the parts I want from the January wave might be gone if I wait for the February ones.

They explained to me that it is part of Q1 2024 which in total are 13 minifigures, as well as Q1 2023 which were also 13 minifigures

Damn, posted on the same day I put in a PaB order and paying close to 4 Euro for the Polar Bear head.

I did pass on the unusually expensive Penguin head so this is a much cheaper way to obtain that, or just buy the relatively cheap Slushy Van.

I'm really loving these and the new Llama print, new bulldog colour of course pink brick costume.

I'd love for BAM to reuse the Ox and Rat head moulds for new costume figures.

Spotted a few of the January parts at the Dreamworld LEGO store today. None of the stuff in the new pictures (polar bear head etc). Couldn't find enough of the parts I wanted (like the dark red Santa suit) to justify picking up a pack though.
