Ezechielle Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 (edited) In 2011, considering the old age of its obselete Soviet T-55 acquired in the years 70, Kotonga has been looking for a new vehicle to replace them. After talks with the Ruskade military industry, Kotonga obtained a contract for about 50 modified versions of the RBTR-2, armed with the T-55 turret. With improved communication, detection and targeting systems, the Kotongese army has now a faster, well protected infantry vehicule, as powerfull as the T-55 and cheaper to maintain. According to the ISS (Institute of Strategical Studies), Kotonga has now the best light armored vehicule of the region, which is a great advantage compared to Congo Kinshasa who has strained relations with Kotonga. Toa_Of_Justice Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 Nice work! I like the camouflage pattern. Can the soldiers fit into the vehicle? -Toa Of Justice Quote
MacK Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 It appears fairly simple, but it looks really good the camo scheme has been well executed. I love the turret! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 I really like the effective combination of those differently-colored pieces to give this LIV the camouflage pattern. And nice backstory too. Very well done as always Ezechielle! Quote
