January 26, 20169 yr Heads up for members in England. Sainsburys have in store 75105 Millenium Falcon for £86.65. Instore only
January 26, 20169 yr 75074 Snowspeeder at a grocery store for $7.99 USD Or if books count - LEGO Star Wars: The Dark Side. Super cute book and awesome Palps fig. I gave the rebel helmet to my Rey fig ! (it's not really super accurate, but oh well)
January 26, 20169 yr Where did you get them at those prices? For the final duel I used very.co.uk's £30 off a £60 spend voucher. The other two used the £10 off a £50 spend at Amazon the other day.

January 28, 20169 yr Another TFA Resistance Troop Transport and Snowspeeder. Also another slew of Bricklink orders for a MOC I'm working on.
January 28, 20169 yr Finally picked up the Shuttle Tydirium. No stores near me (SE PA) seem to ever clearance SW sets, so did the $82.80 price match at Target.
January 28, 20169 yr I bought used (but flawless) IG-88 minifig for less than $1. And got two blasters that match him perfectly.
January 28, 20169 yr I bought 75101 First Order Special Forces TIE fighter & 75140 Resistance Troop Transporter at my local LEGO Store. And, I have orderer 75102 Poe's X-Wing Fighter online after recommandations of my brick specialist, because this set is always backorder due to his popularity. Expected shipping date Feb 06 2016, according to website.
January 29, 20169 yr I grabbed Rey and Finn off Bricklink for about 6 and 8 bucks, respectively. No great steal, I'm afraid, but even with shipping it was cheaper than Rey's Speeder, and I was getting other things from their shop anyway.
January 29, 20169 yr While browsing through a newspaper stand, I found a Lego Magazine with this included: $2.50, it's a steal. Neat little thing, awesome for that scale, quite a lot useful parts to boot.
January 29, 20169 yr 75102 X-Wing today, completing the main cast with Poe. I was on the fence about getting this set for a long time, and had there not been a 20% off all SW Lego at the local toy store this weekend, I probably still wouldn't have gotten it. It's not that the set or the aesthetics of the ship itself are bad... it just doesn't quite look like an X-wing to me. But with that said, it's still better than no X-Wing at all (I really need to get me a 9493 at some point...) and the figs I do like. Yet with that said, since there is a more traditional-looking variant coming up later on, this one may well have the dubious honor of becoming the first Star Wars set (not counting a couple spare Imperial Troop Transports) I'll end up disassembling for parts. There are never too many black parts. Also got 75139 Takodana. Way too expensive for what you get, but again, it was on sale and I did want Maz and unmasked Kylo. Also, Stormtroopers. There are never too many Stormtroopers. Might need to customize the castle itself at some point, but for now it'll serve its purpose. And just because they were on sale too, I couldn't resist picking up 75117 and 75111, or Kylo and Vader constractions, respectively. They really look great standing side by side, both aesthetically and thematically. (Having Grievous hanging around in the background makes it a villain assembly representing all three movie eras, so that's nice too.)
January 29, 20169 yr 3x Imperial Troop Transport and a Jedi Scout Fighter thanks to a lovely Wal Mart clearance.
February 1, 20169 yr Hmmm you and I have incredibly different definitions of "impulse buy". For me, an impulse buy is a battlepack or a polybag or something like that. Edited February 1, 20169 yr by Junior Shark
February 1, 20169 yr Speaking of impulse buy, here is mine from today... Plus I ordered online: 75105 Millenium Falcon LEGO Star Wars 75127 - The Ghost Lego Star Wars 75126 - First Order Snowspeeder LEGO® Star Wars 75074 Snowspeeder LEGO® Starwars 75031 TIE Interceptor LEGO Star Wars 75050 B-Wing Edited February 1, 20169 yr by Efcostarr
February 2, 20169 yr Hmmm you and I have incredibly different definitions of "impulse buy". For me, an impulse buy is a battlepack or a polybag or something like that. I had told myself I was only going to collect the UCS sets but was out Saturday and saw these in the flesh which peaked my interest then while browsing the net that evening I saw a local store had an offer on (spend £50 and get £5 voucher / spend £100 and get £10 voucher) so I figured out I could buy 4 sets in different combinations and save £25 off the last one so 30 minutes before they closed I decided to go for it and got the lot so they were very much on bought on impulse. Only problem now is I need the Falcon which is proving hard to track down.
February 2, 20169 yr Almost all of my Lego purchases are impulse buys. Edited February 2, 20169 yr by jdm44
