I went to a couple of local LEGO stores yesterday and made purchases at both, and wound up getting three more Snowspeeder Microfighters, a Stormtrooper watch and two copies of the current LEGO Star Wars poster (Star Wars - Episode VI: Return of the Jedi), along with a few non-Star Wars items.

I bought 7194 when it was first released and it is the only Lego set ever I start building but never completed.

However, it was just before I went away from the hobby for a while so it may be the reason I never completed it and when I came back I acquired so many sets I have barely the time to build them lol :classic:

7194, UCS Yoda? I actually found it a quite satisfying set, and was pleased to get it and build it, though it helps that I got it on clearance for $32 or so. I kept it together a while and then broke it down for parts. There's a ton of tan in it which will find its way into Tatooine creations (among other things).

I was thinking about what Star Wars set order in order to get the free AT-DP polybag and speeding about 60€ just to get it seemed a waste of money, so I decided to actually get something useful (even though more expensive lol) so I ordered the mighty USC Slave I :classic:

Well, like I said I got in a peculiar period of my life, just before I went away from the hobby due to a series of reason, so I'm sure it greatly affected my perception of that set.

Then add the fact I was much younger ( 13 years younger) and at the time I was more interested in other kind of builds like vehicles etc.

I'm sure all these circumstance somehow forged, and perhaps altered, my opinion on the set.

I'm thinking about rebuilding it now but I'm tempted to use all those parts for MOCs.

Like you said there are many useful tan bricks in that set :classic:

Couldn't help myself upon spotting 75053 The Ghost at 30% off in a local toy store. Sure it pushed back my plans for other bigger purchases in the coming months, but I'm quite happy with the set, aside from some minor frustration with the build. It's an odd mix of very sturdy, bulky skeleton, with some really delicate angled pieces added on top that would fall off if you looked at them the wrong way...

Recently bought 75048 The Phantom for 15 euros.

20 Death Star Trooper BP's. Got them for 50% off, no tax and free shipping. 4 B Wings at 20% off with the same deal.

What? Where was this? :oh:

Mos Eisley Cantina.

By the way, the Sith Infiltrator is already in stock in LEGO Stores.

Do you know if it is in stock only in the US or even in Europe?

Anyway good choice with the Mos Eisley Cantina: it's a wonderful set :classic:

Probably in the US. I'd be surprised if Canada was the first country TLG would put that set for sale at.

Mos Eisley Cantine is definitely available in europe. I´ve seen it in a local toystore (I´m located in germany). Take a look.

So I've been eyeing the Death Star for a long time. A couple weeks ago I picked it up.

Between my brother in law, my best friend, and myself, we build this over 3 evenings. Although not quite as easy to build as a team like say the Star Destoryer, actually rather impossible, we had fun.

Sorry for the bad photograph.
