10026 UCS Naboo Starfighter. My first, and probably last, prequel trilogy set. I'm a sucker for chrome  Its so pretty and doesn't take up anywhere near the space of all the other UCS sets!

Imperial and Rebel battle packs. Both are great with some really nice parts. I plan to use the alien heads in some Fantasy MOCs.

Nice buy! I looks so great *.* Did you buy a new or used one?

I bought a used bricklinked one so probably custom chrome pieces and stickers. It's a pristine copy though and I can't tell the difference so I'm blissfully ignorant. The price for a boxed new one is crazy money!

I bough more and more foiled micro sets - Millenium Falcon, Luke's Speeder and Naboo N-1. Quite cool.

Rebel Battlepack from this year. Fun little set but that Speeder is ridiculously huge. It's more like a Speeder tank than a Speeder itself. But hey my first Duros and Rodian figs in my collection. I dig that their aesthetic is similar to the Resistance figs, they are pretty interchangeable

March's purchases, still trying to fill my mini figure collection with what I missed from my dark age, especially aliens.

I four of the Alliance pathfinders from before this brick link order but I gave them new capes and supplies.

@Forresto Are those minifigures based on anyone in particular, or are they just meant to look like Star Wars characters?

In general it's a Star Wars figbarf. I found it's significantly cheaper to buy just the alien head molds then the entire figure. So I bought a lot of heads and Star Wars looking torsos and tried to create good background characters. The Rebel Commandos are based off of the Pathfinders like the ones on Endor. The capes were inspired in part by the Ithilien Rangers from LOTR.

Nice! I need to get more of these Stormtroopers. I only have the one that came with the UCS Slave I. Once I get an Imperial Star Destroyer I'll fill it up with these guys.

My recent haul included Hoth Attack, Droid Escape, Carbon Freezing Chamber, microfighter gunship, microfighter AT-DP AND Resistance Transport. I plan to get Encounter on Jakku and Resistance X-Wing next.

Short story: I came late to Rebels, so I missed all of the 2014 sets (granted, let's be honest, they were largely garbage); and now recently having fallen in love with the show, I wanted to collect the characters. Namely the Grand Inquisitor. I was seriously considering the aftermarket where he's about $20, but I also wanted the dark tan imperial--together they'd be the price of the set. So kicking myself for missing the now two year old set; I decided what the heck, and I drove out into the rain to hope that K-Mart (of all places), the superstore that moves no stock whatsoever and is still open solely by black magic--might--answer my prayers. And yes, I owe K-Mart an apology.

With an audible gasp, I saw the set on the highest self, behind some JW Dinos, two years after it came out! And it was even cheaper than list price! Yay--this never happens to me! Goooo Nemo!

Other buys; I picked up a group of 5 new imperial technicians on EBay for a steal at $22 with free shipping. So I'll have six when they arrive. I love generic imperials, and I've been wanting to make Star Wars builds for some time, so that will help.

Question, my local target still has a couple Tie Advance Prototype sets. Is it worth it? I've been on the fence cause I'm not a fan of the pilot or the ship (that at least I can use for parts) but I do want the Inquisitor and Dark Tan Officer.

At first I wasn't planning on getting it, but when I did I really like. It's pretty sturdy if it drops, the only things that come off are the wing flaps. The grand inquisitor is a very good minifigure as well as the officer. The pilot is alright if you don't have many pilots. Plus you get another Imperial ship for your collection.

Had to get a prescription at Target so I thought I treat myself .Picked up carbon freezing chamber and first order battle pack.

I second this. That inquisitor minifgure is great. The first Pau'an minifigure.

The TIE Advanced Prototype isn't retired yet. The LEGO website always has it in stock.

I really like the set but mostly for the ship. I think it's better to buy the whole set and keep the pieces than to buy those two minifigures a la carte. Just keep the manual and the pieces in their bags. If you don't end up needing them then you might be able to make your money back by selling just the ship in a year or two.

The ship was really fun to build so you might end up liking it if you go that route.

I just bought the ship on it's own for cheap on ebay, new and unbuilt in box and in resealed bags minus the figures for £18. I love the ship, and looking at the pics of the upcoming Vaders advanced tie, it looks to share a great deal of the centre sphere structure, and the front screen and top hatch are the same parts. I did get a cheap tie pilot to sit in it, but I'm not fussed about the other two. I'm more of a ship junky than a minifig collector, so i like finding the minifig collector cast offs on ebay!
