I bought many nice 2015-2016 sets I'm new to LEGO Star Wars. Which sets are like must have(even small ones for minifgis)? Please don't mention UCS that are overpriced now due to retirement. I'm talking about years ~2008-2014 I already thought of all Jabba's sets and already ordered 75020, looking up for 75096 and 75005.

My wife got me the Resistance Xwing 75149 :D and the Star Scavenger 75147 :/ for our anniversary. Although I told I her I didn't want 75147, it's kind of a neat little set minus the construction equipment that is built with it.

I ordered the Homing Spider Droid, Carbon Freezing Chamber, Hoth Attack, and Droid Escape Pod on sale from TRU. I got a used 75038 Jedi Interceptor to go with Obi-Wan's Interceptor.

I also picked up a used 75058 MTT despite all of the negative reviews. I can see why so many people are disappointed with it. It's too small. It has some cool play features with all of the compartments that flip open but it's lacking as a display set.

All of the reviews I read/watched talked about how much better the older version is. The only reason I bought the newer version is because I found a good deal for $60 used. Now I wish I had spent the extra money to get the older version.

75149 Resistance X-Wing... Unfortunately 10240 isn't available for a normal price any more ... but they gave me a little TFA Stormtrooper in a polybag as an add-on and some monument in a fountain with two park benches (sorry, I have got no article number on that)

Edit: It is 40221 for the fountain and 30602 for the Stormtrooper
