pittpenguin123 Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 I don't think so I think they would have a big hole in the back of their torso! That is a true monster who did that. Quote
NorvernRob Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 16kg of new LBG and DBG parts! I'm not too keen on retail sets, Mocs are far more interesting to me. Quote

Jockos Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 (edited) Thanks. It wasn't that cheap but I think it worth it, also I could expand my collection with the missing ones. Edited June 20, 2016 by Jockos Quote
Rand Holindale Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Got 75149, the Resistance X-wing, earlier today. Look forward to building it and adding to my x-wing collection. Quote
TK-Fett 7144 Posted June 21, 2016 Posted June 21, 2016 Mine would be the chrome storm trooper which was $30 and the old 2001 tie fighter which i got like a day ago. They are so awesome! Quote
ltzik Posted June 21, 2016 Posted June 21, 2016 Hey, I bought many nice 2015-2016 sets I'm new to LEGO Star Wars. Which sets are like must have(even small ones for minifgis)? Please don't mention UCS that are overpriced now due to retirement. I'm talking about years ~2008-2014 I already thought of all Jabba's sets and already ordered 75020, looking up for 75096 and 75005. Thanks. Quote
Juke Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 My wife got me the Resistance Xwing 75149 :D and the Star Scavenger 75147 :/ for our anniversary. Although I told I her I didn't want 75147, it's kind of a neat little set minus the construction equipment that is built with it. Quote
tuggernuts Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Got the A-Wing vs. TIE Advanced 75150. How do you like it? Quote
weeble1688 Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 My wife also got me the Resistance X-wing for our anniversary. Now all I have to do is build more of Tuanul than a vaporator ... Such an understanding lady, my wife! Quote
JPN366 Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 @tuggernuts: Haven't built it yet, I like to savor the sight of an unopened LEGO set waiting for me. Quote
jdm44 Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 I ordered the Homing Spider Droid, Carbon Freezing Chamber, Hoth Attack, and Droid Escape Pod on sale from TRU. I got a used 75038 Jedi Interceptor to go with Obi-Wan's Interceptor. I also picked up a used 75058 MTT despite all of the negative reviews. I can see why so many people are disappointed with it. It's too small. It has some cool play features with all of the compartments that flip open but it's lacking as a display set. Quote

If you can ever get your hands on one the 2008 or 2009 MTT is the definitive model. Also arguably one of the greatest sw sets ever made. All of the reviews I read/watched talked about how much better the older version is. The only reason I bought the newer version is because I found a good deal for $60 used. Now I wish I had spent the extra money to get the older version. Quote
bataleon Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 UCS Slave 1. Finally! The discount was pretty poor for a mid-year sale though - down to AUD$279 from AUD$299. Quote

the_colonel Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 (edited) 75149 Resistance X-Wing... Unfortunately 10240 isn't available for a normal price any more ... but they gave me a little TFA Stormtrooper in a polybag as an add-on and some monument in a fountain with two park benches (sorry, I have got no article number on that) Edit: It is 40221 for the fountain and 30602 for the Stormtrooper Edited June 27, 2016 by the_colonel Quote
