KevinYoung Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Went to Lego land Florida for a few days picked up a few battlepacks. What an awesome place Quote
Panthro Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 The Rebel Combat Frigate and a polybag TIE Advanced. Quote
Lego Customs 0401 Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 3 polybag Poe's X-wing fighters for 1 cent each :) Quote
nymmerod Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Just picked up 75147 StarScavenger on a whim along with all of the series 3 microfighters. Mini review: 75147 is a pretty decent parts pack for me, since it has a lot of parts I want. That's about all I can say in the positive. I did the build last night and was unimpressed. I feel like non-canon star wars sets should be a little better than this. For example: 75051 Jedi Scout Fighter is a much better non-canon set in my opinion. Not only was it an interesting ship with cool play features, but it also included three minifigs that are useful in the context of actual movie characters. Quote
Immo Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 Just picked up 75099 Rey's Speeder for 42% of MSRP, used. Unkar's Thug minifig and his prybar is missing, but I'll be picking up the equipped fig in a few days from another guy. Neat little set, but first impression is it's kinda overpriced for the size. But cool greebles and nice details remove this impression a bit after some time. Cool opening mechanism, too. I like it. Quote
Azrielsc Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 Went crazy after a month or so without any Lego purchases... 1x Eclipse 1x Star Scavenger 1x Resistance X-Wing 1x Rex's AT-TE 1x Rebel Combat Frigate 1x A-Wing vs Vader TIE Advance Dreading the credit card bill now! Quote
x105Black Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 I recently purchased the Eclipse Fighter. Quote
BrickMouse Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 Two 2013 AT-TEs. One for around 50% off and the other about 30% off. Quote
x105Black Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 I picked up a 2nd Rey's Speeder set at 20% off. Quote
Spud The Viking Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 The other day I bought 40 minifigs for £6 including R2 and C3PO, 2 stormtroopers and a couple of elite clones. As well as that, I bought a whole lot of stuff from a friend including a few pieces from set 7665 and a 98% complete 9497 with minifigures, four rebels, four stormtroopers and some other stuff for £40. One thing I also got from him was Boba Fett from the set 10123. My question is - is he worth keeping or selling as I have looked up his pricetag and it's quite tempting to flog him. Thoughts appreciated. Quote
Bbafett Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 (edited) Just ordered the Ewok village set on the double points promo. Finally pulled the trigger on it and my wife was so excited knowing it has wicket and ewoks in it. She loves the ewoks. Lol. She usually helps me put the sets together. You should Bricklink/Brick Owl the Tokkat figure and the most recent Paploo figure so you have all 7 Ewok minifigures. That's what I did. Edited August 6, 2016 by JPN366 Quote

Yes, the minifig from 75032 is theron nett (red 10 at yavin) The really cool thing Ifound is that if you combine the astromech head head from that set and the body from the advent calendar astromech tree, you get R2-X2, his astromech and one of the ones in the background in the film ! I love it when this sort of detail is included, I just wish it was more common Quote
Immo Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Just got the Unkar's Thug and thus my 75099 Rey's Speeder is complete. Love this minifig's head - such a great base for custom SW mercenary/bounty hunter/warrior minifigs. Would work with SF/post-apo etc too. WIll certainly buy more of those when I'll find them cheap. firefox Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 I bought a 75150 Tie advanced vs A wing. Expensive at 90€, should have been 75€, i just don't like the tie advanced. As i was very impressed with the a wing, i bought 2 more loose without figures online to form a second a wing flight Quote
