rollermonkey Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Ordered the Rebel Combat Frigate from LEGO.com yesterday Quote
Alpinemaps Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Bought this yesterday - 30496 U-Wing Fighter polybag! Quote
Immo Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Just bought and built K-2SO (75120) and Death Trooper (75121) buildable figures. They are great. The Trooper's not the most innovative stuff, but looks really menacing. K-2SO is just great and had some nice nuances during the build, lots of sub-assembly within all stages of the build. Love both sets. Quote
Esvald Forceswoop Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Visited the flea market today and bought two old Phase II Clone Troopers (7655). They were around 3.5$ each so it was a nice find, since those minifigures are rare nowdays. I would have bought more, but my wallet is empty right now, and I also wanna focus on Empire/Rebel stuff for now. Quote
TheRacker Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 I snagged the tydirium on Amazon when it was momentarily $70, felt pretty happy with that. And man Lego has really stepped up their build quality with these sets, much more solidly built than older ones. And the minifigs look fantastic. Quote
Mamma Mia Bricks Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Battle on Scarif and the new Imperial Battlepack with the Death Troopers. Got them in Argos (UK). Quote

dimnico Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Krennic's shuttle and the new scarif bunker, which I am very excited about building! Quote
quark12000 Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 I was going to get the K=2SO buildable figure, but the arms just look too skinny, so I got Vader instead. Very nice. Quote
VaderFan2187 Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 Got Y-wing Microfighter for a very young friend :) Only the microfighters and Y-wing are out where I live. Quote
JDbricks Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 I got the First Order battlepack as an early Christmas present today. My first Ep.7 set, I wasn't planning on buying any. I must say the storm troopers are pretty awesome. I built a heavy gun for one and a baton for the other. The officer's head is great, finally have a dark brown head besides Lando. I put it on my clone wars Mace Windu, I know the likeness isn't spot on, but anything is better than clone wars Mace face. The other dude is cool, too. Quote
xboxtravis7992 Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 (edited) I found 75156 Krennic's Imperial Shuttle priced at $44.99 sale price at a store. Normally I don't buy myself large Lego sets in the month or two before Christmas (especially only three days before Christmas!) But it just so happened my grandparents gifted me exactly $50 at a Christmas party a few weeks back, and I was planning on using that money to save up for 75156 anyways, which I probably was going to buy right after Christmas day... So I decided to jump the gun and buy it now while I know it is on discount instead of waiting after the holidays knowing that it could return back to its normal price. I consider it a my Christmas gift from my Grandparents then; and being on a college student budget finding the set half off was actually a blessing. Edited December 22, 2016 by xboxtravis7992 Quote
JDbricks Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 $44.99?! I'm so jealous! Great find. Quote
Bley Harvest Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 JDbricks, I wasn't planning on collecting Force Awakens either, but trust Lego to make me go back on my promises! I got a deal on the Millennium Falcon last week, which I planned to (and did) convert back to an OT Falcon with Round Dish and some LBG Wedge Plates. But then Finn, Rey, Old Han, Chewie and BB-8 were getting lonely on the shelf by themselves, so yesterday I picked up 75139 Battle on Takodana on sale for $40. Not too bad for Kylo Ren, Finn, Maz and a couple of stormtroopers, and the build was actually pretty fun. I used the second Finn head to convert one of the Stormtroopers into FN-2187. I'll probably Bricklink Poe and Phasma - my shelf and wallet can't take too many more Force Awakens sets. Quote

axiom Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Just got the UCS Sandcrawler 100% complete, still in bags for $229 on ebay. Quote
BubbaFit45531 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Not recent, but the last Star Wars sets bought were the first Star Wars (yellow faces) Snowspeeder & Speeder Bikes. Quote
Brickbashbosh Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Picked up the Imperial hover tank last night. For anyone in UK might be worth noting it was from Sainsbury's in store at £22.50 which felt like a billy bargain to me Quote
Japanbuilder Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 (edited) Got set 75150. Way too pricey in my region but I am loving it! The ships are pretty big considering the vehicles in question. Though I was surprised to see the A-Wing is longer than the TIE. I always thought of them as the smallest of the bunch. It is also my first Vader minifigure and I am loving it too, the dark side oozes from it heh heh. You're right on the price, but it feels quite substantial for its parts Quote
StarWars8Spoiler Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 Got 75150, 75152, and 21306, as well as a Disney CM and a Simpsons CM. Plus $125 in Amazon cards which I will likely use to get Krennic's shuttle and the new AT-ST. Quote
Jockos Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 For Christmas I got: 75158, 75156, 75154, 75119, 75120, 75121, 75175, 75168, the U-wing and the newest Y-wing. Quite happy with them :) Quote
