I think my first post here:

I just got the magazine with Palpatine. Really cool - I get the figure (never came in cheap set except for the Vaders transformation), the new hood piece - I think not available under 100 bucks and a soft cape.

In person the hood looks even worse on him. But easy to swap and perfect for other figures.

My most recent purchase was the Trouble on Tatooine set, I did however only get it for Beskar Mando.

Instead, I built my own speeder bike:

That's really good!

It's been a little while since I bought a whole set, but in the name of completing a set I found in a job lot, I recently bought one of the original Phase II clone troopers with the dark red circles on the armour. It's a beautiful figure!

Now I only need the green clone and I have the set.

Not sure if this counts as a Star Wars purchase, but I bought some minifigure parts to kitbash AotC clone troopers in training fatigues. Now I only need two of the new clone heads...

My Bricklink order for three Snowtroopers (SW1102) arrived today.

I needed to fully populate my AT-AT (75288) model with minifigs. I use the Scout Trooper (SW1116) from my Razor Crest set for the speeder bike. Having the full compliment of five Snowtroopers, two AT-AT Drivers, a Scout Trooper & General Veers in the AT-AT makes the model complete in my opinion.

I also bought 5 long & 30 short black blasters. The twenty Stormtroopers that I bought last month came with no blasters. I'll definitely ask the seller about that next time before I buy minifigs from Bricklink, LOL!

I've just ordered some more minifigs from Bricklink, which is a site that I could spend a lot of money on. Ha ha!

I continue to build my Imperial forces.
Four Stormtroopers (SW0585), which are my favourite version by far. I have twenty four of these in total now, but plan to get a total of forty in the end.
I have two of the new version Stormtroopers (SW1137), but I don't like the helmet design. Of course I'll continue to collect them when they come in the new sets.
I needed a senior commander, so an Imperial Officer (SW0877) will do nicely.

A Clone Pilot (SW0118) from the ARC-170 Starfighter (7259) (2005) & V-wing Fighter (6205) (2006) sets. This is an old minifig, but it's blue & will do nicely for a non cannon 501st Clone Wars MOC that I've built. I may buy another one, for when I sort out a Gunship.

Shockingly I only had one R2-D2, so I ordered another R2-D2 (SW1085).

You have no idea, I have to limit myself to one bricklink order per month or I spend way more than is financially responsible for me to.  What's the MOC you made for the 501st?

I recently bought another 501st set, as well as another mandalorian battle pack to get the free shipping (I now somehow have over 40 mandalorians, I'm using the unnamed ones with similar colors to make clans)

Ha ha, buying minifigs from Bricklink is so addictive! I'll have to limit myself to one order per month too. The first Lego set that I bought was the Kessel Run Millennium Falcon, I really like the colours & design. The minifigs aren't very good with that set though, hence I didn't get the collecting bug until I bought some sets with nice minifigs.
Now I'm a SW Lego "Army Builder", ha ha!!

I've built a MOC Starfighter set in 501st Legion colours. The set includes a set of portable vertical steps & a hanger utility repulsorlift type vehicle, operated by a NI-L8 Protocol Droid (SW1136). I think the Clone Pilot in blue will look good in that.
I don't know if none cannon MOCs are a thing & or if it's appropriate to post pics of them anywhere on this forum.

I bought a Mandalorian battle pack last year, the minifigs are very nice & easily mass-able. I bet they look great in a collection. I currently use the blue Mandalorian Warrior (SW1080) as a temporary stand in Bo-Katan in my displays. I'm looking forward to getting the Mandalorian Fighter (75316) set for the Bo-Katan & Gar Saxon minifigs.

I believe you can post MOCS of non-canon things on the forum as long as you made them to exist in the star wars universe. Looking at the top page on this part of the forum there are quite a few mocs of non-canon situations or objects. So a 501st starfighter that's your own design would be totally ok to post (and pretty cool to see).

Noticed the 75300 Tie Fighter at 30€ instead of 40 on amazon yesterday and gave in to the impulse buy even though I already own the 75211 Solo one.
Nevertheless a nice compact and massable build, and I'm glad I bought it when I didi because today it was back at almost full price.

75276 Stormtrooper Helmet for €45.50 at Dreamland (Belgium); waiting for 75277 Boba Fett Helmet to be at a similar price for jumping the gun.

My Imperial Forces are starting to look good now, yet I continue to build my army.

I bought six more Stormtroopers (SW0585), totalling thirty of this version in my collection.

One more Snowtrooper (SW1102), that's six in total for my AT-AT (75288). Although I'll have to mod the AT-AT to fit them all in.

Four Death Star Troopers (SW0769), which I plan to use in my Moff Gideon's Imperial Cruiser set later in the year. I think this version looks very good indeed. I'm really hoping Moff Gideon's Cruiser is going to be great, so I need to have a full crew. I'm going to get four Imperial Crew (SW0693) minifigs to go with the set too.

Two Imperial Gunners (SW0529), as I'm making a MOC version of the gun in "Chapter 15 - The Believer" of The Mandalorian.

I've also bought quite a few parts, including various white & light grey tiles. The white tiles are for finishing the mods to the wings of my Imperial Shuttle (75302).

I've posted the pics in the Sci Fi part of this forum to play it safe & not annoy anyone. :classic:

I do wish that I had purchased the 2017 RO battlepacks when they were available. I much prefer the older stormtrooper helmets too, since the new ones will be disruptive if placed next to the jumptroopers or shocktroopers, of which I have more. I may attempt to acquire the ITT to build up my imperial collection, though I wish that it will included one more imperial figure to make it better value.

That starfighter looks good and your collection of 501st troopers looks impressive.

The new stormtrooper minifig helmets are completely awful. I own two & I tend to hide them at the back of my displays. I will be buying ITT as soon as it's released. The Mortar Trooper will be cool.
I would love some Shocktroopers, they are really nice minifigs!

Thank you, I spent ages on the Starfighter & was a bit nervous about posting the pics. :classic:

Just got 75299 and 75266 last night - should be in by the end of the week!

Beskar Mando is a great minifig.
