What's your recent LEGO Star Wars Purchase?

Found a Republic Frigate (7964) today, and it was on sale for $74. I went ahead and picked it right up. Anyone else think I got a good deal? I am not so much a fan of the new clone wars genre so it is mulling about in my head still :P

Yes, that's definitely a steal! I got mine from Amazon at $84 thinking they wouldn't last long; over a month later, and they're still available at that price.

Managed to pick up Anakin's Jedi Interceptor from Tesco the other day for £8.50 reduced. Not bad if I do say so myself!

A little while back I found a bag of parts at my thrift store that had a lot of parts from Obi-Wan's Starfighter set with the hyperspace ring!There were also a lot of rare minifigs from the Clone Wars! (Rotta and Magnagaurds,plus more!) :wub: :wub:

I ordered the Sith Fury on Amazon for 27% off - $65.75!! I've been really surprised at the heavy discounts for that set already.

I just bought Pre Vizsla's Mandalorian fighter and the Bespin Planet set. Pre Vizsla's an amazing figure and the set itself is much bigger than I thought it would be. The Bespin set is nice too and it's my first planet of series 2.

I bought it via eBay. It was a bit expensive, at a little over double retail. But considering it's so rare I felt like it was worth it. Any reason why you built it? Since it was #1, I would think it would be quite collectible.

Oh, no, I didn't build it. The picture I posted is the only picture I could find online of the model built. It's not mine. And when I said "1 of 1,000" I literally meant "one of..." not "number one". Sorry for the confusion. I should have been more clear.

My latest Star Wars purchase is the Escape Pod. It is a very horrible set though and I wouldn't reccomend it.

Made good use of the Toys'R'Us 3 for 2 lego sale with Jabba's palace! increased my number of Endor battle packs which were reduced aswell as being 3 for 2 which was nice.

They still had some slave one's too and in the afternoon they started to put out some of palpatines arrest. getting one of those for free almost seemed criminal!

Jabbas Palace, Desert Skiff, Sith Fury Class Interceptor x2, TIE Fighters x3 (TRU Sale), and C6 Boba Fett Tins x2. Almost....almost picked up a NIB Sandcrawler for steal, but passed. Had a chance to buy a used Cloud City for $450.00, but let it go. Yea, totally kicking myself for the last two, blarg.

I finally tracked down a MISB 7263 TIE Fighter (including Darth with a light-up lightsaber ) for a bargain price of £38 including P&P. I also got another 9490 Droid Escape from Amazon for £12.69. Not an amazing set, but well worth that price.

Actually had some spare cash (something quite rare for a poor cartoonist like myself) and bought my first LEGO sets since last December! 9489 Endor Rebel Trooper & Imperial Trooper Battle Pack and 9496 Desert Skiff.

But thankfully my birthday and Christmas are in just a few months, and 95% of my wish list is LEGO, so hopefully those will help make up for almost a full year of not buying any LEGO!

I plan to buy the Gungan Sub when I can find it at a cheaper price(hopefully around December) and then in 2013 I'll buy the BARC speeder first and then around may, I plan on buying the A-wing and Rancor Pit so I can pick up the 2013 May the Fourth Be With You Minifigure( Hopefully Its Dexter since were getting Pong Krell.)
