Posted June 14, 201113 yr Hello! My newest creation comes from the great show Arrested Development: For this scene I have built the model home from the show, the family, and their stair car. For the full collection of pictures, click here or just visit my photostream. This will be going on display for the first time at Brickworld 2011. Look for it in the Northern Illinois Lego Train Club display! Thanks! -Matt Edited June 14, 201113 yr by Pepa Quin
June 14, 201113 yr Well that's the funniest damn thing I have ever seen. Tobias absolutely kills me, and thank you for making a Franklin for GOB. I actually live next to Newport Beach and I kid you not, went to Balboa Island this weekend and went to one of the chocolate covered banana stands (thought I just got an ice cream bar instead).
June 14, 201113 yr Absolutely brilliant--you've nailed the look of the house, the stair car, and the characters (except, perhaps, for George, but there aren't really that many faces that look like Tambor). Keep on building, and look out for the hop-ons.
June 14, 201113 yr Now I don't know the show, but that's certainly a beautiful house with nice details and non-rectangular features and a nice stair car.
June 14, 201113 yr Beautiful house! The roof and the tower are incredibles. The color combinations is perfect. Very good work!
June 14, 201113 yr Excellent house and stair car 'Pepa Quin', yes...stair car, dam it - I'll call it AWESOME ! And 'Wout' you are showing your age if you remember the band from almost 20 years ago. Great building there 'Pepa Quin' and Brick On !
June 15, 201113 yr Not familiar with the show, but this build is simply fantastic! Beautifully-done mansion house, great stair car, and lots of interesting details, very impressive overall job Pepa Quin!
June 15, 201113 yr Haha as a fan of this show it only adds to the awesome work! Love the attention to detail and overall very nice work.
June 15, 201113 yr Both the show and your builds are absolutely brilliant! The staircar in particular is extremely well done and can almost be mistaken for a photo of the real thing as a thumbnail.
June 15, 201113 yr Amazing house! It is simply perfect. The proportions are spot on and you got some nice details in the tower and roof. But what I like most is the door. That is simply stunning.
June 18, 201113 yr This may be the greatest MOC I have ever seen. EVER. I look forward to the inevitable banana stand.
