The0 Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 (edited) Hi! I build this last month for the L13 contest. Dastan's podracer is the jewel of persian industry but the cooling system has been sabotaged by Nizam so an engine is in fire ! Hope you like it Fortunately,Dastan has always a spare flying carpet with him : Edited June 16, 2011 by The0 Quote
Vindicare Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 Haha, that is awesome! I love the burnt up engine, nice job. Quote
Toadtorrent Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 (edited) This is hilarious. Indeed, the burned out engine is classic...and to have added storyline to mod with the flying carpet. I'm starting to think those 1x3x2 Brick Arches are the ultimate piece!! Edited June 16, 2011 by Toadtorrent Quote
The0 Posted June 16, 2011 Author Posted June 16, 2011 Thanks! I'm very glad you like it! I'm starting to think those 1x3x2 Brick Arches are the ultimate piece!! It' one of my favorite part! Quote
Adrian86 Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 That´s a cool looking podracer! The burning engine idea is fantastic and adds some scene-like quality to this MOC. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Now that's what you call effectively using that huge temple-top piece! The burnt engine is a clever idea and the spare magic carpet is simply hilarious! Very well done The0! Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 This is AWESOME and FUNNY at the same time, great work (especially the pod and burnt out engine) 'The0' and keep on flying those magic carpets ! Quote
-R8- Posted June 18, 2011 Posted June 18, 2011 Podracers seem to be the best Star Wars design to innovate on. The design on the engine with all those curved connected arch pieces is insane. Everything just flows so well together - I love it. Quote
Mr. McDuck Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 great MOC. Flying carpet is hilarious idea ! Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 Incredible MOC ...the force is strong in this human pod! Quote
dr_spock Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 Cool MOC. The Octan color cylinder is a nice touch. Quote
Bricks2000 Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 Amazing MOC, The0! That's quite a good use for an amazingly <insert that tiresome argument> piece. Bravo! Quote
