A hearty congratulations to all of the winners!!! You guys never failed to amaze me with your sheer creativity and innovation. I am extremely impressed with the submitted entries and without your participation in this, there can never be a great and fun contest like this in Eurobricks. So, I thanks all of you out there who took their time and effort to take part in this.

I noticed many of you who are voting wanted more than just "3" votes and I understand that some other contests made use of 5 or more. I can explain my rational and approach for just using "3" votes for 1 voter. I will prefer to see more voters coming in here to vote and express their liking instead giving more votes to 1 single voter to allow them to exercise their rights. In the event, where the single voter will like to exercise his/her rights to throw 5 votes into an entry, this will cause a topple into the balance. Whereas, if the single voter only like 1 entry and will like to give their fullest support, usage of 3 votes is fair and just. The few voters can't decide the winners. The majority of our community decides. So, I really hope you can understand that this CMF contest which I am hosting, I will only use this voting principle and to encourage more voters, I have included the raffle giveaway for our voters a chance to win something small.

Few comments to note, do you note that including lisqr's Mona Lisa and the rest of the winners are actually extremely close with one another. Geez, you guys pulled it well. As for Category B, ALL of you have done an excellent job. It's more than just excellent to me. This is by far, the most toughest contest which I have laid out for our participants and all 14 of you have done well. Even though only half of you had actually won something, but I really hope you don't give up the spirit of participating. Your entries are truly innovative and special and every single minifigure out there tells a story in the entry that which you have submitted. I really appreciate all of your efforts that you put into this and I know it was no easy feat to face the dualistic challenge.

Got to admit that Darkblane won Category B with a huge majority and is the best overall winner in this contest!

Lastly, I hope this is a pleasant and fun experience for all of you.

Thank you WhiteFang!

Great work from all that entered.default_thumbup.gif The winners very deserving.

Sadly not every one can win, but the competition was of a very high standard and a pleasure to behold........making voting hard.

There is always next time guys.

Very well written WhiteFang and my thoughts exactly about the voting thing. StarWars competitions usualy have 5 point, but giving one entry all of them is a bit off in my opinion, therefor 3 I think is just enough. Or in another way if 5 points were avaliable it should be like this:

At most 3 points can be awarded to one single entry at a condition that all 5 votes are used (2 votes for another entry or another two)

If 2 points are awarded to a single entry at least 4 votes must be used.

I think that would solve some major problems mentioned in giving voters too many points, but still I'm fine with 3. I think that the minifig is such a general theme that most of members visit, therefor there shouldn't be the lack of voters.

I really wonder what will happen in the ongoing Pirates competition, where one can spend 5 + up to 3 bonus points, of which, if getting all 3 bonus points, 3 points can be awarded to yourself. I just hope not everyone will give 3 points to himself and 1 to each of the lowest rated entries. That would really be the true nature of a pirate!

All winners are to drop me a PM on their preference as I could not process them without everyone's response. Thank you.

I don't seem to be able to send PM's (to new?!), so here's my preference for the price:

Street skater, werewolf or ice skater would be great, anything else is cool too.

You need to have 10 posts before you can send PMs, so only 4 left, that shouldn't be too hard?

Make some more posts - preferably in the introductions part of forum or explain your name in the appropriate thread (not to go trolling). When you have 10 posts you'll be able to send PMs.

Well done to everyone who took part, and especially the winners! I kept think "I'll vote later", but it closed before I did. The winners are all very deserving, though, so well done. And good luck to all those in the raffle!

Congrats mates! I thought my Electric Chair would've got a lot of votes, but meh, better luck for me next time!

Thanks you Whitefang and Eurobrick for hosting this wonderful contest. It's almost a routine event for me now.

Someone asked me how I built the Mona lisa. Unfortunately I'm away from my Lego and unable to take any pictures. Let me just say that I used the bracket 44728.gif for snot extensively.

Cheers.

Ha tnx! That shouldn't be to much of a problem indeed :)

Congrats to the winners, it was well-deserved. I wish I had participated at the contest and the voting, I guess I procrastinated it too often. :sceptic:

Anyway, you did really well! Great builds and customs I've seen there.

Good job winners (and everyone else of course). Lots of great entries and applause to all.:thumbup::thumbup:

 Thanks! I'll keep that one in mind for future MOCs!

Wonderful creations! Congrats to all the winners!
