I've had a good look through and I really can't see that this has already been posted. It's old news, from March, but it was only brought to my attention today and I thought it was impressive enough to share with the EB community at large. Who knows, this lad may become a member here himself one day (when he's old enough).

I remember seeing this before, but I can't remember if it was on EB or another site.

In any case, it is impressive, if not in its sheer size alone, and I can see some nice techniques used there for some of the more difficult shaping.

That is indeed a great build, especially on his age. The use of the Technic wheel hub in the window is brilliant.

What I don't understand is where did he get all that Lego? Not every boy (or AFOL for that matter) has that much Lego.

Wow, that's an impressive MOC! Thumbs up for attention to detail. What may be more impressive is that any kid should be so inspired by his school as to build a model of it. I'f I'd have done that, it would be in order to destroy it

I think it's a fantastic MOC from anyone, let alone a 12 year old and thought it would be appreciated here. The MOC is remarkably accurate, as well as beautifully done.

What I don't understand is where did he get all that Lego? Not every boy (or AFOL for that matter) has that much Lego.

FWIW the original building was built in 1878.
