The superpacks over the last 2 years sets 66318 and 66359 both contained relatively good sized models that were sadely full manual control, so they were packaged with powerfunction systems and the small technic starter sets to motorize the set functions the large sets in the packs being 8259 red excavator and 8049 pneumatic tractor with trailer, both sets motorized helped treamendously with their play value, if they made a new super pack what sets would you want packaged in it?

8110, 8081, 8109 and 8293.

I'd say 8069 (back hoe) is a must in any super pack, as it's a modest sized set with a huge amount of functionality. Also 8071 (the white cherry picker) would be nice, and the recent red buggy or the previous blue one.

I don't believe that the 66318 and 66359 Lego Technic Superpacks were marketed at all in the USA. In fact, the latest Lego catalog distributed by mail did not have any Technic sets in it at all. :sceptic: Perhaps the Superpacks would be most popular in Germany (reportedly the #1 buyer of Technic sets). Deleted multiple images from quote.

I didn't even know technic super packs were available! Pretty neat!

The only super pack I've ever seen in stores was the old Star Wars Pod Racer pack that I bought.

me neither! Just getting back into lego it's been hmmm 20 years!

Well none of those sets contain instructions for motorization, so including a PF pack would seem a bit odd.

More info? I can't read anything except 2011 and the set numbers: TECHNIC 8069 + 8067 + 8065 + 8047

EDIT: If this is true, considering the parts it'll include, I'll might buy it.
