Diidy Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Hi all, here is my new vig. I hope that you will like it. Quote
Toadtorrent Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Fun! Like the shisha! In the plate...are those the left hands of patrons used for payment? Quote
Hoboman Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Nice little MOC. I very much like the base you built. The wall is very cool. Good Job. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 Another very nice little vig Diidy! I love the smooth surfaces of this build and the clever use of those green hands and the realistic sitting position of the snake charmer. Very well done once again! Quote
I Scream Clone Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 Great work Diidy. Love the shisha and the funky wall art. The tray of green hands does disturb me somewhat Quote
SlyOwl Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 Very nice vignette! The posing of the guy on the right is great; it took me a while to see that the one on the left was a person at all, thanks to the camera angle! Good use of the whip there, and I love the various containers and containees The steps on the right are a good way to add height and visual interest, without being obstrusive. Quote
Tazmaniac Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 Great stuff Diidy! Some great part use at work here and some very clever SNOT technique in that wall there too. Very good hookah design, well played. Quote
mobricki Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 This is a nice little quiet scene on the sidewalk in Persia Quote
Dragonator Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Nicely done Diidy, you've incorporated some very nice features into the small space of this vignette, I particularly like the small stairs on the right. Snake charmer Kiel? Looks more like he's smoking a Hookah to me. Quote
Ras 74 Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Great MOC, and I like your work with the jumperplates in the background. I also like the stairs! Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Great vig 'Diidy'. Love the details especially the hookah. What did you use for the hose? A white lasso? Quote
SWMAN Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 Very interesting technique used to make it appear that the man's legs are crossed. Its very creative. Quote
Hinckley Posted July 20, 2011 Posted July 20, 2011 The Hookah is really fantastic. I also love the vegetables in the little baskets. There's a lot of fine detail in a really small space, yet it doesn't feel overly cramped. Excellent work. Thanks for sharing it with us. Quote
shmails Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 Love it, love it, love it! Wonderful details, especially the hookah. Quote
Capn Frank Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Very good piece usage and a great looking MOC. I am curious as to what he is smoking. Quote
