Alasdair Ryan Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 I had a lego unimog pneumatic service pack through my door today , there were all the tubes , 3 switches ,2 normal cylinders in Trans-light blue and 1 small cylinder again in trans-light blue , the new size pneumatic pump in the same color and also a hand pump in trans-light blue . Also a white air tank and a manometer also a brick keyring , all for free . Thanks lego :) but the most surprising thing was all in trans light blue even the new part ! , they included a nice letter too ! Customer satisfaction :) Why trans blue? Quote
Shasat Spacerider Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Has anyone ever thought of this piece for the wheel hubs? Quote

davidmull Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 I like the second last one the rest seem to stick out to much. I couldn't agree more, the rest look unbelievably bad :( Quote
allanp Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 the new one in trans light blue ! The new one, in the new half stud longer length as only seen in the unimog and only in grey? Now that is weird! Nice one. Quote
davidmull Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 This tread is gone way off topic lol anyway I wonder if u could join a lot of them lego brushes together to build a bigger sweeper!it's prob my fav attachment to date ;) Quote
tripletschiee Posted September 25, 2011 Author Posted September 25, 2011 I just build up my snowplow in orange too. It features... .. orange and black panels (I like that, as sometimes there is a black rubber shield attached to the top of the plow), .. I removed all red parts, replaced them by dark bluish grey ones, .. I added two cylinders for turning the blade. It's a bit more realistic .. I added the two little flags that I've seen at AndoS snowplow, .. two little stabilization wheels, .. ... More pictures in my brickshelf-folder, once the admins have published them. Regards, Gerhard P.s.: For the meantime: deeplinks are from 01 til 12... Quote

tripletschiee Posted September 26, 2011 Author Posted September 26, 2011 (edited) Very nice i done mine in orange weeks ago too but plow is all orange,I agree the grey instead of the red is nicer. Thanks! I also implemented two lifters for the cabin. I've seen them at barman76 blue Unimog and I like it. In fact the friction between the axle and the connector is pretty high. So the two lifters are way enough to keep the cabin open. We don't need the original yellow thing anymore to hold the cabin in place. I also attached the "quickreleases" for the cabin from efferman, so that I don't have to fumble the red pin-connectors out to open the cabin. See bigger pictures on my flickr photostream. These are interessting for all of us, who don't want to raise the cabin via pneumatic or LA. Regards, Gerhard Edited September 26, 2011 by tripletschiee Quote

Sorry for the quality, it was made with my HTC HD2.Regards, Gerhard Thanks for the video,I really like this sweeper as it's very functional not like the mower or plow which don't do much, pity there's no instructions tho ;( Has anyone ever thought of this piece for the wheel hubs? This is the best hub cap with black wheels http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=57520 Quote

Alasdair Ryan Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 U have lost me? I was joking in case of any more people asking me of making instructions of there add-ons to the 8110,I am not ruling out the possibility of making more instructions for people,we will just have to wait and see. Quote
