1896 Trauma Team: was this set US only???

I cannot find a single picture of the set in an european variation...

(I'm still unsure of 1821 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=1821-1 as well)

Trauma Team was US only.

1821 seems to me to be also an US only Set. The only set that we had in Germany that is remotely cmpareable is this one http://brickset.com/detail/?Set=6669-1
