Matija Grguric Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 My entry for the Spaghetti western contest category 2. :) Cowboys also need some rest from shooting and running. That's what a traveling carnival is for. However, a band of thieves found this distraction an excellent opportunity to rob a bank. This is another in my series of western creations. Check out my other creations in my western folder here. Creation has integrated Power Functions in it, and cabaret girls and couples are dancing. There are also PF lights installed in the bank and bank's vault. Everything is controlled via LEGO remote control. Check out the video here - VIDEO I am posting here only a couple of images, for all, and in bigger resolution please visit my gallery on flickr or on MOCpages. Thanks for viewing! Quote
I Scream Clone Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 Lovely work and outstanding entry for category 2! Love all the detailing down to the break in, dancing girls and the accordion! Good luck. Quote
Stardusty Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 First entry and bar is so high already. Nice job, Matija. Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 What an amazing entry! Those buildings are truely lovely! The 'stagewagon' looks cool too. I like the use of the Queen Anne's Revenge Sail on it. Those bank robbers are a nice touch! Good luck in the contest! Quote
Tazmaniac Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 Great entry . Nice to see the standard set for this category and well done getting it in so quickly, mine is still early stages. So many sweet details through out this build, it really has that western feel with plenty of humour as well. Good luck in the voting. Quote
Hollander Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 (edited) Awesome, awesome, awesome. Such an amount of details and those dancers are amazing, EXTREMELY well done Matija Grguric! Edited July 18, 2011 by Hollander Quote
Brickdoctor Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 As said before, the use of the sail and your accordion are great, but my favorite is the star on the Sheriff's Office. Quote
Solitary Dark Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 This is a great fun entry - So much going on - The back of the bank is very nice. I guess you have time to go and do another entry now as well too? The accordian is brilliant by the way! Quote
Aredhel Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 That is a really amazing entry! Nice work. I love the way you did the "carnival" letters on the rope and the musicians! -Aredhel Quote

Hoboman Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 This is a wonderful MOC. The details and stories found within are wonderful. I loved the band, it was great. And the bank robbers are a total win as my son would say. Great job. Quote
MattieG7 Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Superb creation Matija Grguric! This is so detailed, like the Carnival sign, and nice use of the Power Function! I also like the can-canners in the tent. Everything about it is just perfect. Good luck in the contest! Quote
Weil Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 (edited) Love this MOC. Great amount of detail and lots of nice extras, the buildings look great and I like that you put in those bank robbers. Nice design for the accordion and the over sized sheriff badge on the building! Even without the moving parts this would be great but with it its just fantastic! Edited August 24, 2011 by Weil Quote
1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 This town is amazing! Thanks for sharing! How did you get the darker skin color on the mexicans? Quote
