Logan McOwen Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Nope. They have all sorts of stuff in store that isn't on the websites, including video games and of course LEGO. Well, the larger stores certainly do. I can't verify for the smaller ones. Not all supermarkets have the same stock as eachother. Morrissons is terrible for toys. Tesco is a better bet. Quote
Lyichir Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 I kind of wish it were longer. Those segments which had the sets animated were epic! Come to think of it, I haven't seen any Brickfilms using the Hero Factory building system, which is unusual considering how good these sets look in motion. Quote
MakutaNocturn Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 The Superheroes website is now updated with the products! Enjoy http://marvelsuperheroes.lego.com/en-us/Products/5882.aspx Quote
xxlrocka Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 The exact advert I was talking about on the last page. I was looking for a video of it but it seems like you found one first. Quote
Takua Nui Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Actually a decent commercial. I like it better than the DC one with Batman and the Joker. The one feature on the Iron Man figure which I think is out of place is the Gatling gun. Shouldn't that be on War Machine? (I hope he's in the Avengers!) Quote
TheDesuComplex Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I was wondering when they'd be available in the US. Good news anyway; and that commercial is surprisingly good. I see they used meteors as 'villians' like with the Green Lantern. From now on every hero without a villain will have to fight meteors! Quote
SpiderSpaceman Posted April 22, 2012 Posted April 22, 2012 (edited) I built the Iron Patriot combiner model and now I almost like it too much to take apart. doesn't help that I pose him with discus pulled way back and make him say norman osborne-y things in Willem Dafoe's voice. DarkSurgeXL Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 LegoJang has already done all of the Marvel Ultrabuild reviews! You can watch it here: Hulk Iron Man Captain America Enjoy! Quote

The_Box Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 The links for the reviews don't work for me. Any idea what happened? Quote
MakutaNocturn Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 All new Superheroes sets are avaliable in Poland :D Yay! First time with the UK. Still don't have any Batmanset Quote
Shakar Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 That's it, I'm buying Hulk. He has lots of good bones, and I can hardly wait to play with the new chestplate. Him and Joker are in my to-buy list for now- they're the ones with the best parts. Maybe I'll buy Green Lantern and Iron Man later in the year...as for Batman and Cap America, I care for them only due to 1-2 parts each (the blue torso plates and the katana in the former, and the new shin guards in red in the latter) so I'm skipping them. Quote
xxlrocka Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 I think I've finally been convinced to get captain america. Only for the shin guards and the shield. Might get iron man for the gold engine piece and the gold hero factory early 2011 villain cores. Quote
Shakar Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Not mine of course, I thought it would have been nice to show. Quote
xxlrocka Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Not mine of course, I thought it would have been nice to show. Now that's what hulk ultrabuild should look like. Quote
vexorian Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 I don't know. Even it has some issues like the skinny leg-feet connections. Quote
CabooseBM Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Not to mention that's hardly feasible for the price-point and probably uses connections/build styles that LEGO doesn't like to use. Quote
BrotherDog Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Now that's what hulk ultrabuild should look like. Ditto 42 times over Quote
Masta' Blasta' Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 Comics: Captain America Comic Hulk Comic Iron Man Comic If you don't feel like reading them, they basically adapted the ultrabuild commercial into a comic. Hulk smash tiny meteors! Quote
Aanchir Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 OK, the "use meteors to create conflict" thing was a pretty clever idea in the Green Lantern comic, but now it's getting more than a little bit ridiculous. Quote

Hopefully they will have a wider range of Ultrabuild characters if they release more waves. Three hardly cuts it, considering there has only been room for one villain so far. Quote
Aethersprite Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 Still no reviews of the Ultrabuild sets in the Action Figures forum? I was expecting to see some reviews, considering we've seen reviews of all of the System sets in the Licensed forum already. Quote

I was expecting to see some reviews, considering we've seen reviews of all of the System sets in the Licensed forum already. If I wouldn't save my money for other stuff, I'd already had got Iron Man. I'm also surprised that the review index hadn't been updated in the past months. The reviews for all the new HF sets from the past wave weren't indexed yet. Quote
