Brickdoctor Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 If anyone really wants to see those pics, you can PM me your e-mail address and I'll send them to you. (to avoid posting on the Internet anywhere - this will just be file transfer for personal private use) (but FBTB's full coverage of Toy Fair should be up by Monday morning, anyways) Quote

Brickity Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 (edited) I can't believe it, these are prototypes I thought we were seeing at least the sets that showed up at the german toy fair Edited February 12, 2012 by Otherworld Quote

The videos showed the figs in Jabbas Palace to be nearly done, at least much more than in these pics. Bib's face is Anakins from his new fighter and that is just for starters. Lot's of figs with no printing. What's the deal? Edited February 12, 2012 by ETAV8R Quote
Clone OPatra Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I can't believe it, these are prototypes I thought we were seeing at least the sets that showed up at the german toy fair Don't worry, LEGO often puts prototype sets in that display case that everyone can see, while they have more finalized versions inside (which will be covered by sites like FBTB). This has happened for the last few years. Quote

Delta 38 Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Some pictures are still up on Hothbricks (thanks!) if you've missed them. Hmm, Pre Viszla's Fighter looks, well, disappointing from this image. I know the ship itself is flat, but it kind of looks... too flat. I know it's preliminary though, and from what the Republic Striker and Jabba's Palace have already highlighted, judging by prelims alone isn't really accurate. On the other hand, the Fury looks a bit too thick. I love the Sith Troopers though. They look weird, but in a good way. Quote
MandaloretheLesser Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 i might get the SWOTR sets now that i have seen the new pics WOW!!!! Quote
wesker Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Love the green astromech droid in Saesee Tinn's starfighter Quote
John31388 Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I am really liking the swtor sets the are a must by for me, the sith troopers look great. Quote
Sir_Basil_Ashton Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Like the way the Sith Troopers look. Wish that pic would have gone a little to the right to show more of the Darth Malgus minifig. Quote
Fives Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I must say, those Sith troopers are ugly! Those helmets just look bad! Maybe it's the source material, but still! I will definitely not be getting that set! And, I really hope that the final sets will be there. I remember back when the Endor set came out in 2009 that the rebels didn't have the new helmets, and the taun taun wasn't finalized either. Hopefully it won't be the same this year. Quote

Snowspeeder Pilot Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I just want to see who is the pilot of Planet Set X-Wing & Yavin and all the pictures did not show it Quote

Snowspeeder Pilot Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Thank you very much! Sorry I did not see your answer. If this is a generic pilot with the typical helmet, probably is this pilot: Best Regards. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 The most well-known of the blue-crested pilots is Dack Ralter, but I'd bet he's just a plain pilot. Quote

Fallenangel Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 The orange visor makes all the difference. Quote
Tauntaunwampa Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 (edited) The Skiff looks nice, but I'm not sure if it would go well with my collection. I might just bricklink Boba and Luke, they're pretty good minifigures. Edited February 12, 2012 by Tauntaunwampa Quote
The Legonater Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Is it just me, or does the Republic Trooper have a new hairpiece? I was really hoping he'd come with a helmet... Quote
LEGOman273 Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Is it just me, or does the Republic Trooper have a new hairpiece? I was really hoping he'd come with a helmet... The Republic Trooper is Jace Malcom. He does not wear a helmet. Also, he has a distinctive torso-print, so he could not be used for a generic Trooper anyway. More info here. Pics from NY Toyfair. Very prelim!! Pics here! The Sith Troopers WILL have new helmets! Quote
Fives Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Okay we get it, they're ugly. Sorry, I didn't mean for the double post. Quote
