Sir_Basil_Ashton Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Not sure if we had a clear shot of Pre Viszla already: *snip* The fighter looks very good but the darksaber... pffffff - uggly Thanks for the clear shot of the Mandalorian Fighter. I'm really looking forward to picking this set up. I'm absolutely disappointed with LEGO's effort with the darksaber. Quote
Mr Man Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I'm absolutely disappointed with LEGO's effort with the darksaber. Same. A two coloured katana would be so much better. Quote
lightningtiger Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Maybe someone like Brickarms or alike could manufacture a Darksaber as a custom accessory ? Quote
nrg Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I can see that in the cockpit can sit two mandalorian Quote
jmagaletta Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Do we know when these will start to show in America? I have seen different things on different websites. Quote
commanderneyo Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 That's definitely a must-have set. My only problem is the fairly week mini-figure selection. Sure, the Pre Vizsla mini-figure looks good (I couldn't care less about how Lego did the darksaber to be honest), but the other two mini-figures are so boring. An added Satine Kryze would have made it so much more exciting. Quote

The Legonater Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Pre Viszla looks sweet, but I'm still not spending money on that just for him. Especially with Lord of the Rings coming out. Quote

wesker Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Thanks for the pics. Pre Vizsla looks fantastic and the Mandalorian Fighter being able to fit 2 figures in the cockpit is a pleasant surprise. It would have been nice to have Satine as well but I'm sure we'll see her in the future. Especially if Lego keeps tradition by releasing a new Clone Wars villain each year, they're bound to revisit Mandalorians with either Bo-Katan or Vizsla's updated armour. Quote
1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I actually like the darksaber. The Mandalorians look great, and so does the ship. Quote
Vindicare Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Wow, that fighter is cool. The darksabre is a let down... Is tis going to be a store exclusive? Quote
coolguy2323 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 (edited) Any pics of Palpy's Arrest? Also when will the other summer sets start showing up in the US? Edited May 21, 2012 by coolguy2323 Quote

But Her hair is way to fancy and I guess it would have been complicated to produce. Quote

If you mean her headdress, have you seen Queen Amidala? Additionally, if TLG had put Satine in the Death Watch Fighter, what 'Fig would make a (very likely) Mando Shuttle sellable? Edit: Spelling error. Edited May 22, 2012 by LEGOman273 Quote

LEGOman273 Posted May 22, 2012 Posted May 22, 2012 Bo-Katan or Season 4-5 Vizsla. Bo-Katan was never around a Mando Shuttle; she was near speeders: Death Watch Speeder: Bo-Katan, Lux Bonteri, Death Watch Mando, Ahsoka-in-snow-gear, R2-D2 Season 4-5 Vizsla would be the same as the 2012 Vizsla 'Fig, but with a scar. You're only taking her Season 4 appearance into account. We know nothing about her role in Season 5 other than its a much larger one. Besides does it really matter if she was near speeders or shuttles? They're all Mandalorian themed and it makes more sense to include her than some other characters in recent sets (Ceremony Leia, Aurra Sing, Tatooine Padme or Queen Amidala anyone?) At the end of the day she's a recurring villain and thats the deciding factor. As for Vizsla there are enough differences between the 2 armours. The costume is dark grey instead of blue, the Death Watch symbol is on the chest plates, there's the dual antennas and the lack of cape. http://images.wikia.com/starwars/images/3/38/Clonewarsdeathwatch.jpg http://images.wikia.com/starwars/images/d/dc/PreVizlaDetail-SWE.png Quote
