Thanks for starting a thread for this, vexorian!

Series 6 looks like the most all-around 'good' series so far, with there only being two 'figs that I can't find a use for (Statue of Liberty and Barbarian), and even those look really nice. I'd have to say that my favorites are the Butcher (great new molds and torso/leg prints), the Genie (new legs mold, new turban ornament mold), and the Leprechaun (printed top hat in green, short green legs, great face print).

There are still six more we don't know about (unless LEGO is reducing the number of Collectible Minifigures per series); I look forward to seeing some of those! :sweet:

Wow, these look really great so far. That genie is fantastic.

The only one I'm not sold on yet is the barbarian / highlander. He seems a little bland. If it really IS supposed to be a Scottish highlander, then why not include a plaid kilt piece, sorta like the grass skirt piece from the Hula Girl?

So... which figures are missing in this series????

My guess:

some sports related fig (maybe a basketball or rugby player???)

some circus related fig (maybe an acrobat)

some oriental culture related fig (would love to see a rice farmer using the sensei hat)

some costume using fig (we've already had King Kong and Godzilla... maybe a hamburger costume????)

some music related fig (would great to have a male rock singer or a bass player)

a deep sea diver (with that old sphere helmet)

well.. at least that's waht I would love to see... :)

Comments:

Skater: If this gal had just about any other accessory than yet another skater (or a snowboard / surfboard), she would have been awesome. In fact, it was a nice chance to include another musical instrument. Otherwise the rest of the details are great, including the hair and the torso.

Spacegirl: Same complaint actually, I guess TLG thinking that a space woman must have a pink uniform has its reasons, but why give her the same exact gun that has so far been used and used and used in CM? The worst of it is that the space gun became a little mundane since it became a standard accessory in Alien conquest. A new gun would have been great. Otherwise, I love the face print and the hair.

Statue of liberty: It is a great iconic figure.

Genie / Leprechaun : Great things for those collecting odd things.

Alien: Again with that gun. The torso seems out of place at fist, but many of the people in the UFO world are sure that the grays are robots, so perhaps it is a reference to that.

I wouldn't mind getting the butcher (sideburns !) and the mechanic. The minotaur is also cool. The warrior guy is pretty bland.

Well, that's cool news to wake up to. I really like most of these. Obviously, another skater is a bit boring, but at least there's a twist - and she does look kinda bad megablocks. And I do love the pink power ranger, so I guess I can't complain about the skater girl. Statue of Liberty a costume you think? Butcher is great! Same with Mechanic. Those two will go straight into many AFOL's cities. Minotaur and Warrior doesn't really interest me, but I guess they're ok. The Leprechaun and Genie are of course very unique, and I do like the Genie in particular.

added them into an album since many of the pictures doesn't work:

What happened is that the automatic script to make the thumbnails was leaving duplicated .jpg in the URLs and I didn't notice, the large images should be working now, but it is best to have many backups.

The space woman reminds me of the series 2 pop singer with a pink helmet.

Elf, Dwarf, and now Minotaur?! This is simply awesome, I'll be looking forward to this set just for this fig.

As I did express my first reactions in that other Thread, I keep my fingers crossed all the remaining unrevealed figs are on par with those already shown.

Special question: Could it be sweet Lady Liberty got her lower toga-part on backwards? Traditionally those slopes should be on the backside... So could that piece have some print on the other side which continues her torso print? I hope so!

Also I figured the highlander will be one of the most sought-after figs this time because of his sword. At least I'd like to outfit my knights with a bunch of those. Unless that piece shows up in some future castle/historic/fantasy-line, I think there will be many collectors seeking them out. The hairpiece and shield are a bonus ^^

Be well all!

Grrr! I haven't even collected all of Series 1 yet. I'm going to go broke trying to collect them all now!

The Genie and the Minotaur are my favorites. :]

I am seriously losing my mind! Going extremely crazy too! Just can't believe it, but there are tons of specialised parts which I can never imagine!

It's just like early Christmas for me!

Thanks guys for helping out, and Rufus for helping to organise things here.

 LOL at the butcher!!! I love the butcher!!! I can't wait to see what people with with those accessories and zombies!

See, I think this is why TLG (and LEGO in general) is so ingenious... they can't outwardly give us themes like Resident Evil, but they give you enough to do it yourselves. Ditto Lord of the Rings and the fantasy era sets.

I can't think of why I'd want the Statue of Liberty... maybe a microscale city MOC.

The skater is fine with me, they should have done a female skater before doing two male ones, but whatever...

Now you can do a great Highlander MOC... maybe using the last skaters torso for the Kurgan.

All in all, even with only knowing about half the figures, looks like a great series!

The original discoverer of the minifigures, whose name is "p2good" in Pockyland forum, already said that he mistakenly reversed the "dress" slope part. It is still unclear if there is any print on the slope though...

Actually, zhancobricks, do you know if the "dress" slope part has any print on it?

Ah! Thanks. I have added that info inside the frontpage.

Oh, and please stop assuming collectable minifigs as hints for future themes. Because they're not. TLG have reused some of the parts introduced in the CM series in later themes, but that's all.

Guy can dream, can't he??? :cry_sad:

Asided from the alien (which looks like a cheap vending machine toy to me),

I does sort of look like that - the head doesn't really fit in with the shape of the body - but at least it isn't the same head mold as one of the existing space themes.

Hmm, with so many history/fantasy related figs already revealed, chances don't look good that my prayers for a female elf will be answered in series 6.

I am kind of happy about the swordsman and the minotaur. The minotaur is a good addition for the magical beasts of the forest part of any army. But I still feel the head piece could be improved colourwise, it looks a bit like a massive brown blob.

The new sword is an improvement, but looks a bit simple compared to all the custom ones available. Also, the new brown shield is a welcome addition, but it is less spectatular than the viking shield. More details should be added.

The Statue of Libery is of course great, she will make a forest goddess of some sort.
