August 6, 201113 yr Wow, both are outstanding. I may have never been to Japan but I get the feel of it from these MOC's. I love the interior design. I always am amazed at the interiors if the outsides look so good, you MOC'ers are like mini architects. Really great work, I want noodles now.
August 6, 201113 yr Great! Great on the inside, on the outside, and the surroundings, too. (But Google says it should be "Douraku", not "Dourkau".)
August 6, 201113 yr Excellent detailing. I'm not big on Japanese structures but they can be quite tough to get down. You really did a great job with the architecture of the building and the interior details are perfect. This would definitely be a tough MOC to build. Great job!!
August 6, 201113 yr Excellent work. As with your other buildings, the roof is extremely well-done. The interior is nice and simple and works beautifully.
August 6, 201113 yr A great build which compliments your previous one very well! Looking forward to seeing your future buildings.
August 6, 201113 yr I really like the way your buildings are instantly recognizable as Japanese. The shapes of those roofs aren't exactly Lego-friendly, but you pull it off beautifully. And the modularity of it all is also a very nice feature. Well done!
August 7, 201113 yr Another fantastically detailed creation 'ABear'. I really like this one (big fan of crab)! Excellent job!
August 7, 201113 yr Impressive again 'andybear' - master of Asian MOC's ! Fantastic interiors with plenty of action in the kitchen ! Brick On !
August 8, 201113 yr Love the chef and his cheese slope hat as well as people sitting down to eat the yummy sea food . So much detail.
August 17, 201113 yr Love that sloping roof! How did you do it? Any chance you can share your technique?
August 17, 201113 yr This is an outstanding creation! The architecture style is like the real! The chef is beautiful with his white slope on the head. The inner details are awesome!
August 18, 201113 yr Wow fantastic all the way around! I love the way you did the back garden seating and the riverfront looks great. Where do the crab elements come from? I don't think I've seen them before.
August 18, 201113 yr Author Really thanks for all of your comments For the roof technique, I had use this in all of my Japanese and Chinese buildings creation. Only use the 2x plate and some 1x1 or 1x2 plate to brick the sharp of the roof top. I like to use this way is because of "plate" is easy to find and it can build iin diffeent sharp
